Generally I like the Herald. Gawd knows it's far better than the Salinas Californian newspaper…read more -- One major problem with the Herald... I subscribed to this paper for 90 Days (only) during one of their special offers. Folks at the Herald called a week or two after I began getting the paper and asked how I liked the paper. I said it was fine, though I wanted to make sure my subscription would end at 90 Days. The person calling said she would make sure the subscription would end at 90 Days. About two weeks later, someone from the Herald called to see if I'd like to subscribe to the paper! I mentioned that I already receive the paper on their 90 Day special offer, and that I want delivery to end at 90 Days from the date the 90 Day Special Offer began. This person assured me the deliveries would end at the prescribed date. Last week I received an invoice from the Herald billing me for the next month. -- Despite the agreement that my 90 Day Special Offer would end at 90 Days, which was early in November, it appears the Herald fails to honor Their Own commitment and would rather keep delivering the paper even though I don't want it.

From the very beginning, they were professional, caring, supportive, and always kept me informed every step of the way. The staff truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and they fought hard for me during such a difficult time. I'm beyond grateful for their dedication, communication, and kindness throughout the whole process. They are such a true value of respect and consideration. If you are ever in need of an amazing accident attorney team, I highly recommend this office. Thank you again for everything you've done for me and my family! Huge Thank You to my attorney Julie!

I was hit by a car when I was crossing the street in a crosswalk The driver broke my back in two places, messed up both my knees along with numerous other injuries. When I went to the Dunnion law firm I worked with Bridget Dunnion and Anna Marie, I thought they were great. When I was told the driver had no insurance and was being sued by numerous other people I thought there was no way to get any kind of payout. Bridget told me we could go after home owners insurance, they would cover it, which I would have never known on my own. Of course, they fought it, so it took a little over a year to reach a settlement, but the law firm kept me informed the whole time. I was eager to settle, as I couldn't work the whole time and needed the money, but also wanted a fair settlement, which we eventually got. Yes, their fee is high, but I felt it was worth it for the work they put in that I didn't have to worry about. They said the suit was worth more, but we hit the cap on what the policy would pay. While I wouldn't want to go through that again, I think if I had to I would choose the Dunnion law firm again
