Since moving in back in Dec 2022 I had dealt with roaches everywhere, but heavily concentrated in the living room and kitchen. I complained several times and within the year there was no improvement. They spray every few months and even then roaches were seen inside my fridge. After many attempts at contacting them via email, voice messages and calls I never received my deposit of $600. During my stay, a bat was seen for days inside the laundry room, the manager "Heidi" I think, was always smoking outside but whether her or someone else, the inside of the building smells like cigarettes. The apartment was handed over in filthy condition, it was not cleaned. There were stains in the bedroom walls, a large hole in the drywall in the living room, only covered up with ducktape, fire alarm was not on but found in the kitchen drawer, carpet had a strange smell, roaches seen on day 1, and other large insects were found inside as the balcony doors were not well sealed. I also had suspicions that management entered without notifying me as during one message detailed descriptions were given to me when I continued to complain of roaches. Finally moved out as I was not going to bring my newborn into those living conditions. When I moved out I was accused of handing over the apartment in dirty conditions, missing fire alarm, and much more. I emailed the proof that I had cleaned and had communicated since day 1 the conditions of the apartment and never heard back from them. They failed to return me my deposit of at least 450 since they keep over 100 for closing fees at move out. The month of me moving out, someone in the building had bedbugs and they were going to spray the whole building. Please avoid if you can. Not worth it. Redkey still waiting for my deposit.

I have been working with Tammy Stuart to close on a home that her agency listed. Tammy disclosed to…read moreme that her original listing agent under listed the house by almost $9,000 because the original listing agent was not communicating with the sellers of the home. In a conversation with Tammy; Tammy told me that her original agent was one of the most incompetent agents in her agency and was no longer working the listing. Tammy made many excuses for the communication breakdown between herself and my agent primarily citing her recent vacation and having too many cases to maintain to know the details of all of them. Tammy described the sellers as the worst sellers she had ever worked with citing their lack of finance as a primary reason for her inability to do her job effectively. Finally, in our conversation, Tammy questioned the experience and integrity of my own agent suggesting she was new to the real estate business. I walked away from our conversation feeling that Tammy was willing to put her own ego above the sale of this home. Tammy pointed fingers at everyone else involved instead of taking personal responsibility as the broker of her agency for the mistakes that were made. In a conversation with the sellers of the home; the seller expressed concern to me that Tammy had not been communicating with them and felt that Tammy and her agency were personally liable for the loss they would be taking on the home. Not only would I not recommend listing a home with Tammy I would highly discourage anyone from making offers on houses Tammy or Stuart and Associates have listed. The lack of professionalism displayed by Tammy was incredibly off-putting and I hope to never have to do business with her again!

Not only did they complete the survey, they provided copies of the survey plat, and legal descriptions needed, to correct errors discovered in historical documentation. They even went as far to record the changes with the county assessors office to fully resolve the issue for any future real estate transactions in the area. Highly recommend that you use Jim Terry, and his team, if you need any assistance with surveying issues.
