They gave me a completion & pick up date-10 days out & a possible price range for repair (about $800 difference from low to high). I heard nothing from them those ten days and contacted them around 10:00am the day of pick up so I could get the total and discuss pick up arrangements. The person then informed me they were 'getting ready to put it on the rack', I said, "As in start the repairs?" He replied yes. When I was agitated he didn't seem to care at all & informed me that they were down mechanics because one was on vacation. Absurd! Then told me it would be another 6 days! (They had our vehicle for 16 days) During that call I asked for an out-the-door total, to which they quoted me the top price of that previous range. Finally, on day 16 I went to pick up my vehicle & it was $300+ over the top estimate. Again, agitated, I asked why? Well, tax- I was told. I told the owner I asked for the complete total 6 days ago and that wasn't the cost. Now I was told that the staff made a mistake in their quote sharing. $5000+ for a REBUILT transmission on a 2016 Chevy & 16 days without a needed vehicle and poor communication throughout the process. If you plan on going there- Good Luck- You'll need it! I won't be back.
