I recently had a Buck(deer) hit the front of my 1 year old Toyota Tundra. Which I was devastated to see the damage when I got out, but more importantly learn that several places told me that they couldn't get to my repairs until February/March. When your vehicle is not drivable and you need the third vehicle, the thought of a rental for that long doesn't make you feel warm and cuddly inside. My father in law called ahead and told Ryan from Streamline about my situation. I called him as well and he said he could take me quickly. I came down several days later, he said he'd provide an estimate in which he did. He called and said he ordered the parts and asked if I could drop it off for repairs. This was my Christmas. He had the vehicle for a week, but you know what was different with him than any other business was integrity. He would call daily and provide an update on the vehicle. As a vehicle owner that makes you happy to hear the status. In my day job, I meet with the software engineers that report to me to discuss their daily status. So when I was receiving these calls that made me happy. Ryan delivered on his word. 1 week and all was complete. He did an outstanding job. He fixed the truck up as if it was new and you couldn't tell a difference. Very impressive work. When I arrived he took me out to see the truck. Showed me the work that he completed, explained about the areas that suffered damage that wasn't visible on the surface. If I ever have the smallest mark or need anything fixed body wise, this is who I go to. He provided excellent customer service and superb body work. I will be recommending him to friends and family.
