I hired Munz Roofing and Siding to complete a siding project, and I could not be happier with the entire experience. From the start, their consultant, Stephen M., came out and provided helpful education, a thorough walkthrough, zero pressure, and a timely quote for several different product options. Munz ultimately provided the best quote among the three local companies that came out. Eric G., their general manager, also came out to review the plan and clearly outlined the steps they would take to protect our garden beds during the siding removal and installation. That level of communication and attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence going into the project. Project Manager Chris and installer Oleg then completed the project in 9.5 days, which was even half a day ahead of their original 10-day estimate. Chris checked in every day to see if we had any questions or concerns, and Oleg's work was outstanding. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were top notch, and he spent at least a half hour cleaning up every day before leaving. One thing that really stood out was that Oleg took the time to point out how well the previous siding job had been done when the house was built about 40 years ago. He noted that the original wrapping had been applied with meticulous precision, which helped explain why there was minimal water damage to the existing boards. That honesty was appreciated, especially because there was never a moment where the crew attempted to upsell us on unnecessary work. This company performed a sewer inspection for the buyer of our house. It was completely full of…read moreinaccuracies along with a huge repair cost of over $10,000 per day to replace the sewer line. No limit or estimate was provided for the number of days the job would take. Milt Warrell stated in the report that the line was cement and was showing signs of separation and the start of root intrusion. Based on this dire report I had another company perform a video inspection. They found the entire sewer line is cast iron (not 4" cement pipe as stated by J&M) and there is no evidence of any failure of the sewer lateral and no roots whatsoever. This is an outrageous difference and fraudulent in my opinion.

One of the few times my phone call was actually answered I was told the glass would be ready in 7-10 days, however i haven't recieved any communication whatsoever since that phone conversation aside from finding out that the previous receptionist no longer works there. If you are looking for any type of customer service, try somewhere else.
