If you are a fan of anime and Kpop then this is the store for you. They staff was friendly and helped out with some selections. Was grabbing a gift for a friend that really loves Kpop physical albums. It was a lesser known band but surprised they had multiple albums to choose from at decent prices. It can get overwhelming as there is a lot of selection to choose from. They have tons of figures, plushies, snacks and some clothes too. I would just spend hours looking at everything. They share a parking lot with the plaza so parking was easy and glad they have a big space. If you are into K-pop or anime, then you might want to avoid the store cause you might go broke if you enter it. I was completely overwhelmed by the amount of merchandise they have within. I have a very rudimentary knowledge of anime because of my kids and their friends and I have watched some Through the years. I was looking for a gift for a friend, and there was really too much to choose from. What I did find was a very large selection of Godzilla universe items that got my attention. If I had a place for it, I might've bought everything. With the holidays approaching this would be an excellent place to look for a gift for anyone you know who is a fan of pretty much anything anime. They had a huge selection of wall art as well as a ton of figures. I saw stuff from two or three shows that I recognized, but most of it I could say I may have seen before in other stores, but I had no idea what most of it was. I didn't have any chance to interact with any of the employees, but the store was just opened and they were in the process of resetting a bunch of things. For what I saw of prices on items, they seemed pretty well in line with most places that sell this type of merchandise. This one was worth stopping in. read more

Asked the girl at the register, only me in line, how much the Maymei was and she had such a miserable attitude. She told me to walk to a poorly organized glass case to find the price. Amazing K-pop and anime merchandise selection! From kpop albums to gunpla, there is a lot to choose from. They have things that are hard to find in the US (like certain kpop groups 응원봉 (eungwonbong) or light sticks). Unfortunately not every item is of good quality (looking at you bt21 headbands) and pretty much everything in there is marked up a little bit too much. Like a little Pikachu figurine about half an inch tall is $15. That kind of sucks and made me think that I should go online to find these things at a more affordable price. Which I don't want to do because I believe in supporting local businesses, but alas I digress. It has a fantastic bakery as a neighbor too! read more

All the staff I interacted with were extremely kind and helpful, they pulled lots of their last stock out of the display cases for me to ensure I got who I wanted. There is also a ton of anime and video game merch on the other side of the store. This was a great spot, lots of variety from K-pop and anime. I loved how organized and well taken care of things were. For items of quantity (stickers, keychains, etc), they have them in cases, you take photos and then bring them to the counter, that ensures that you get the right item and that it's well taken care of while it's unpurchased. Huge selection of Anime figures and merch. * It has moved (no longer on John Young Pkwy or Sandlake) and hard to locate. No outside signage. I had to call to find the place. Staff was very nice and helpful. Inside feels like a vendor set-up at Megacon or like convention. Call ahead if you are unsure of their selection. Lots of Naruto, Dragon Ball Z, One Piece and Sailor Moon (to name a few). They have smaller amounts of Bleach, Attack on Titan and That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime (to name a few). Stickers, collection cards, plush, blankets and wall banners. Items are a bit pricey, but they are importing from Japan. Their prices are similar to whats out there. You can find items under $20, and as low as $6.99. They do carry the large Japanese figure kits, like Gundum (ranging from $100 - $300). The have Kpop music and merch, a small selection area with apparel. Japanese snacks and drinks (like ramune) and dry ramen. - Store does NOT carry manga or the animations. - Store does NOT have jewelry. - They 'DO' carry lots of pins, buttons, bag clips, stickers and lanyards. - Store does NOT have gashapon, but do sell mini figs in boxes. - They do have signage stating if it doesn't come with it's original box. These are very few. - Everything accept a few items are display only. You can take a photo and show the cashier who will retrieve your item(s). Would highly recommend for any Anime Fan! They also have a small area in the front to sit. Play Kpop over the speakers in the store and also have 3 large TVs with Kpop or anime playing. Wish they sold Kdramas there... lol When I was there today a person (who was not an anime fan), but I guess wanting to buy for a relative/ friend? was having trouble. A staff member quickly helped them out with suggestions after asking a few questions. I also saw a young women face-timing with a male friend/partner? so he could pick out his characters. This is one of the biggest and probably only kpop store in Orlando. I don't know about now but a few years ago this was the ONLY store for kpop in Orlando and it's exactly what kpop fans can dream off. They have a wide variety of kpop bands and artists and yes they do have bt21 merch! They have both official merch and unofficial goodies like keychains and stuff animals. They also have a huge other section for anime lover. The store is cut in half. Half kpop half anime. It's the best of both worlds! The prices is exactly what any other kpop store would be. I would not consider it expensive nor cheap but you are getting official items for the price. The service is also great! read more

I decided to stop by again since I started to listen to Kpop more. When I called on the phone the lady I spoke to was so kind. Even when I walked in, all of the employees were sweet. They expanded the store from the last time I went, with one side being kpop and the other being anime. There are alot of different souvenirs to buy. How should I begin? I used to love this place. So much so that I used to come at least twice a month and I would spend at least $100 each time. Now, I only come here once every few months. The store has expanded and now has an area dedicated to anime which is great for anime lovers/collectors. However I go for the kpop albums and this store rarely has any of the new releases I'm looking for. They sell out really fast and it takes them forever and a day to replenish their stock. I've resorted to going back to buying my kpop albums online since Kpoppin USA's selection of albums isn't anywhere near what it was a few years ago. The staff is friendly and the store takes Covid seriously (you must wear a mask to go in). It would be nice if they had a rewards program because I'm positive that they have a lot of repeat customers. read more

I've made 2 trips so far to Orlando specifically for this store and reflecting back on it, as a collector, I should've stuck to buying my anime/kpop merch online. First of all a lot of people are coming here for the albums and I have reason to believe these albums were previously opened and more popular members were sold (at least in the bts albums.) In total i've purchased 12 albums from here between BTS and Twice. On my first trip I pulled double Hobi in a BTS mots7 album which should only have one member to begin with, I assumed I was extremely lucky and went again. However, on my second trip I purchased 4 more BTS albums and all of which were RM? At this point I don't think it's a coincidence because what are the possibilities, I often buy albums from target or barnes and noble and have never had pulled 4 of the same member in one sitting, much less double of the same member in one album which should've only had one member anyways. I have bought from sellers online who have allowed me to 'choose' the member I preferred, but at least be forward about shifting the members around. Most of the anime merch is way overpriced and obviously purchased from sites like aliexpress or wish. I paid around $7 for the zero two keychain only to find it on aliexpress for a total $2.50 with shipping. Finally, the BT21 merch just looks fake and is being sold for almost the same price as official products. Poor quality and linework on the plushies. I did buy a Tata keychain because it was super cute, but the actual plushies they are selling could be found on aliexpress for half the price, the same exact unofficial poorly made product on the shelves that they are selling for $25 a piece. I could easily buy the official plushies and merch at barnes and noble for the same price in store, the only difference being is they don't have as much in stock. I understand some people are okay with these things, but I just wanted to bring awareness to some buyers who may only see positive reviews of this place and enter thinking they're buying an authentic item or have a fair shot of pulling their bias, or even getting a good price on anime merch! I will admit I appreciate the accessibility, I don't know anywhere in Florida where I'll have such a wide range of anime and kpop products to choose from, but I don't know if I'll feel comfortable buying from here again, with all these things in mind. read more
