Still one of the prettiest malls in Florida. The architecture, the atmosphere, the mix of stores combined - Millenia Mall does it right. I was a regular at Brio Italian Grille, they are no longer there. After 20+ years they closed their flagship location at Millenia. I was bummed because I wanted to have dinner there. The rest of the mall is still doing its thing beautifully. It's definitely worth the trip. Tourists love this mall. read more

This mall is Fancy fancy, the problem for me, it doesn't have a designated kids area, that's why I rated 4 out of five, for us with children may be the difference between coming to a place or not. The food court has lots of options for good food, fast and not so fast too. Plenty of parking even though it can get crowded. I usually go there when I need to get a specific item. The place itself is clean, I liked that they're not the usually kiosks or sales people trying to sell you things, that's a plus for me when it comes to choosing a mall. I have some places that I like to go there for food, like the Cheesecake Factory and PF Changs. My daughter likes that there's a Claire's, and all the other Claire's around that we know are now closed. They have unique places when it comes to luxury brands, plenty of parking, but in peak season time can get difficult to find a parking close to the entrance. I go sometimes, and meet friends since it's near the touristic/universal studios area. They also have a big Apple store, that occasionally visit. read more

I'm gonna be honest, I did not even know that malls look like this anywhere anymore. This mall was packed, full of stores, a completely occupied food court with lines. Two Starbucks. This place was impressive. And considering how busy this mall was, it was very clean and accommodating. Every store we went into, the service was friendly and welcoming. Every store had a wide selection of products for you to choose from. A lot of the shops that are here are high-end so definitely bring your credit card or be prepared to just window shop if you're trying not to spend too much. I have to take a star away because the bathrooms are not kept up with. Which is surprising considering they have lounges in the bathrooms. I wish I took pictures because they were empty shoeboxes in the stalls, garbage and piss on the floor, in garbage left on the couches in the lounge. I mean, you know you're at a prestigious mall when you step onto the carpet and it actually has shock absorption. I definitely had fun spending about four hours at this mall yesterday and definitely plan on coming back my next trip to Orlando. read more

I never really know how to rate malls because I mean, they are just malls. If they are not visibly dying and hanging on for dear life, they usually have something for someone at some point throughout their time span. The Mall of Millenia falls comfortably in that category. While it is a mall that offers more higher-end shopping experiences, it still has a handful of affordable fashion retailers as well as numerous restaurants and eateries that can cater to just about anyone. Parking is ample - even on BUSY, sale days or holidays. They are home to local favorites like the Apple Store - which is always BUSY no matter the day or time. They are home to the Cheesecake Factory, The Capitol Grille, Earl's Kitchen, P.F. Changs, among other restaurants and eateries. They have, at a minimum, three Starbucks for the Starbucks fanatics. They have numerous notable department stores like Macy's and Bloomingdale's (both at opposing ends). And of course, they house Gucci, Marc Jacobs, YSL, just to name a few of the many luxury brands they have to offer. They have H&M, Urban Outfitters, Aldo, Warby Parker, and just SO MANY places to name. They will also be home to one of my favorite stores, Zara, soon enough - which I cannot wait for. I tend to frequent this mall in the evening to avoid some of the daytime crowds. Staff, from store to store, varies, but for the MOST part, they have been helpful and kind. Some of the higher-end stores do not give you weird vibes when you walk in to just look around - which is always a good thing. There's nothing worse than feeling like you are unwanted in a store. On busy days, the check-out lines can get long depending on the store you are in. However, most of the time, they are staffed well, and you are in and out. All in all, this is a pretty good mall. Did I mention, they have a small postal service area on the ground floor if you need to mail/ship out anything. I really do not have any negative experiences that turned me away from this mall as a whole. Now I've had some negative experiences with staff in certain stores, but again, those moments have been so few and far between. I will continue to patronize this mall. Also, it's pretty close to home - so it is convenient. P.S. I do miss when they were home to Crate & Barrel - it was one of my favorite stores for home décor. They have a Macys, Bloomingdale's, Vineyard Vines, Neiman Marcus, and Gucci to name a few of the stores. It's very clean inside. This is mostly the mall for the wealthy. The mall is nice, and there are a lot of high end stores like Gucci, L'Occitane, and Neiman Marcus. You could shop in these stores and early spend 500 dollars or more to show off your wealth. You could also shop at the high the jewelry stores where armed security guards patrol those places (a long time ago they did, but not sure anymore). However, they also cater to the working class and tourists with more affordable and great value stores like Bath and Body Works, Macy's, and Apple. If shopping is not your thing, you can dine at various restaurants like Brio's, PF Chang's, and Cheesecake Factory. The upstairs food court offers better fast food restaurants than your average mall. It's a two story mall with plenty of escalators, stairs, and elevators to help you get up and down quickly. It is not too long, so you don't need to walk too much. I love the indoor and outdoor fountains at the entrance, which it getting rare in Orlando malls now. The led TVs displaying various mall shorts at the center is the main highlight. I think they are still mall concierges who can help you navigate the mall and find you the best place to shop for your needs. Security and police patrols the lots and indoors, making it pretty safe. This is one of the more popular malls in Orlando, which can get pretty crowded, and sometimes difficult to find the right parking spot. While it is crowded and expensive, it is a nice mall to shop and eat. Overall: B+ read more

Our main goal was to go to the See's pop up store. We went there and they had a good selection of candies. The service at the store was ok. We just had to keep asking for help. I've been coming here since I was a kid. The mall itself hasn't really changed since then. The only real change is the shops. More luxury shops for the "expensive mall". The food court area is still around. They added an Italian bakery at the front across from CPK (I think it used to be a Panera Bread). Johnny Rockets is still there. This is a terrific mall. It is no King of Prussia Mall, but then again what else is??? This mall has everything you want from high end shops to regular shops and the food court has some unexpected places like Bricks and Bowls which offer some amazing bowls including the salmon bowl and then there are some unexpected desert shops and other places that you don't find every day. read more

I cannot even begin to tell you when the last time was that I went to a mall, but was looking for a way to get some steps in on a rainy Sunday so mallwalking sounded like a good idea. The mall was certainly very busy full of primarily a lot of tourists and tons of teenagers running around. I actually was very surprised given how upscale the mall is. We walked into a few stores, but ultimately didn't end up buying anything, but we were able to get the steps in that we are looking for and we had lunch at the capital Grille, which was great. read more

We recently attended the Easter Bunny photo experience and unfortunately it was very disappointing from start to finish. Upon check-in, there was no greeting--just a transactional request for a $15 deposit, which immediately set the tone. Once inside the photo area, the experience felt rushed and unorganized. The staff missed capturing an important moment when my child excitedly ran up to the Easter Bunny, as they were distracted in conversation. Many of the photos taken were unusable, with my child looking away or having their eyes closed. Additionally, my fiancé was reprimanded for briefly taking out her phone, despite the fact that we had already purchased a photo package. This interaction felt unnecessarily harsh and unprofessional. The overall experience lacked warmth and engagement, especially for something meant to be memorable for children. At one point, instead of creating a fun moment, a staff member simply instructed my fiancé to grab an item from a basket for our child, with no effort to make it feel special. The entire experience lasted no more than five minutes and felt rushed, like an assembly line. At checkout, there was no effort to provide helpful information or show appreciation--just a request for an email and a quick "have a good day." Overall, the experience lacked customer service, attention to detail, and the sense of magic you would expect from a holiday event. We left feeling disappointed and unlikely to return. If you want, I can make it harsher, shorter (for Google reviews), or more formal depending on where you're posting it. read more

I had the *elite* experience at Gucci and Louis Vuitton yes, the kind where the staff treats you like royalty and the bags come with a side of awe. The stores are stunning, the service is top-notch, and I left feeling like I should've brought a crown. Diana in Gucci provided me with a 1:1 shopping spree. The mall itself is huge like, you might need a GPS to navigate it and offers a dizzying array of food options to refuel after all that retail therapy. Whether you're craving sushi, burgers, or something more exotic, they've got you covered. I'm sure my credit card statement will reflect my experience. This is always a fun mall. While this one has the high end stores, it's still fun to walk around and explore. I will say it's always busy here on the weekend, and be ready for traffic as the easiest parking is valet, so you maybe stuck parking far. One of the fanciest malls in the area! Millenia is one of the biggest if not biggest malls I've been to in Florida. They have a variety of high end shops and also stores that aren't so high end. They have clothes, jewelry, watches, and food. Anything you could think of, this mall has it. The interior is very nice and there was even like a stage with music in the center. The sky light windows is a great touch. It's quite big so it also serves as a nice walking area. In Florida, as you may know, it can get pretty humid outside and escaping the humidity at the mall is great! Parking for this place wasn't a challenge and there were plenty of parking spots. There are also many entrances so if there's a particular store you want to visit, you might want to park closer to that entrance. The mall is relatively clean, not a bunch of trash everywhere but there is one weird thing. It's really difficult to locate a restroom. The only one I could find was at the food court area. There wasn't anyone like a staff or employee to really ask. Compared to the other big mall in Florida like Brickell, this mall is much better. For one, it's indoors. On a hot humid day, nothing beats AC. Two; this mall is cleaner and is better stocked. And lastly the vibe is much nicer. Highly recommend coming to visit. read more

So, this mall has really gotta be one of the prettiest malls I have ever been to. It is gorgeous. It's also really big, so there's lots to walk and see. There are some really great dining options here like Earls, PF Chang's, Cheesecake Factory, and The Capital Grille. The food court also has many yummy options, including a Mrs. Fields which I am obsessed with. That being said, this mall is also very high end. Most stores are the obscenely expensive ones with security standing at the door and by appointment only. Chanel, Dior, Tiffany, Gucci, Versace, blah blah blah. There are a few more reasonable, normal stores like American Eagle, Ray-Ban, H&M, and Urban Outfitters. Their anchor stores are Macys, Bloomingdale's, and Neiman Marcus. Surprised I've never reviewed The Mall At Millenia. We have been here a bunch of times. It's a nice mall and one of the nicer ones we visit in Florida. They have a lot of upscale stores here. It's a good size mall and it's inside which is great when it's so hot and humid like these Summer days that we have been having. This area has tons of stores not only in the mall but outside of the mall.! They are mostly stores that you see everywhere but at least u can just stay in the area if you want. We continue to go here when the weather is extreme and we know they have a great a/c and we can walk around and it's dog friendly too. They do have a food court with the usual familiar chain vendors as well as California Pizza Kitchen, Cheesecake Factory, Brio, Johnny Rockets, just to name a few. They have mostly hard benches upstairs and more cushy areas if you want to take a break downstairs. Flagship stores are there too. Macys is one of them, there's a few. read more

I don't usually write reviews on shopping malls, but The Mall at Millenia was too interesting not to write one. Located along Conroy Rd. in Orlando, this mall was huge...similar to Aventura Mall, but on a more grander scale. We're talking two floors of shopping experience - various clothing stores, jewelry stores, department stores, high-end stores, optical & accessories, home & electronics, health & beauty stores, amenities, and a large food court; and when you're on the second floor, you have a bird's eye view of the lower floor. As you watch people come out of one store and go into the next one or just casually walking; the atmosphere is so bright from the glass ceiling roof allowing the Florida sun to shine through, and the entire mall is cool with central air condition, so it's a sure way to beat the heat. It took me about an hour to stroll through the two floors of the entire mall - via stairs or escalator. The women's bathroom is spacious and clean. What I like about the mall's food court is that you have plenty options to choose from...subs, Mexican, vegan, Chinese, Italian, or fast food. I was happy to see a Firehouse Subs and was able to redeem my birthday coupon for a free medium sub. Though getting a park is a bit hectic, it was definitely a pleasant experience. read more

Maybe it's me, I know places don't have to be family friendly but I was shocked this was the case for an Orlando mall. I was going to give less than 2 stars but the cleanliness of the bathrooms plus the family bathroom with the toddler potty seat was SO good so definitely appreciated that and bumped up to 3 stars for just this!!!! The mall is clean and a decent variety of stores for adults but again, nothing much besides clothes stores for the little ones. I probably wouldnt return. read more

The Mall at Millenia is a gorgeous two story indoor mall located in Orlando Florida. Opened in 2002, the mall has 150 stores including anchors Macy's, Bloomingdale's, and Neiman Marcus. The Macy's was the first in Central Florida and this is the only regional location for Bloomingdale's and Neiman Marcus. As you walk around expect to find luxury retailers Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Louis Vuitton Men's, Gucci, Christian Louboutin, Rolex, and Tiffany & Co. During my visit the Apple store was extremely busy. Other more affordable retailers include Sephora, Ted Baker London, Abercrombie & Fitch, Under Armour, Urban Outfitters, Pyscho Bunny, and H&M. Dining options include the food court, Capital Grille, The Cheesecake Factory, PF Chang's, Brio Tuscan Grille, or Earls Kitchen + Bar. On a rainy afternoon what better place to visit than a mall? I had enjoyable couple of hours walking around, shopping and dining. Find The Mall at Millenia at the north end of International Drive, approximately 10 minutes from Universal Studios. I love this mall! There is a fantastic variety of stores from high ends to your casual needs, the Macy's is huge and has such a great selection! I always enjoy visiting this mall. The ambiance is great, unless it is the Holidays, there is plenty of parking, although traffic gets a little congested in this part of town, so many tourists, so keep that in mind. There is also a nice food court and plenty of restaurants at proximity if you were to choose to eat outside the mall. So if you are looking to spend a shopping day in the area, consider this venue! read more

What a beautiful mall! This mall reminds me of Roosevelt Field Mall in Long Island, NY very high end stores but also has regular stores you see in an every day mall. The skylight and ceiling structures was wonderful. The fountains are beautiful. Lots of seats and beautiful pic opportunities. They have a lot of kids areas too for parents. High end shops include, LV, Rolex, Hermes, Chanel, Jimmy Choo etc. some regular shops you see in a mall H&M, Forever 22, Guess, Express, Footlocker etc. They have lots of restaurants next door which is great!
