Tropical Recovery and Brain Food are def the best smoothies at the retail locations. They have OJ 1l for a great price -- the best in Toronto. Their Chaga apple cider is also excellent, as is their Fireball. I love their Turmeric Sunshine juice, and all their bottled fruit juices. The green juices -- here's my issue. They put kale into almost all of them. Kale is high in thallium. I was drinking one of their green juices before getting serum thallium tested at WCH (your family doc can't do this test). My blood was high very in thallium both times and both times I had just had a VJ green juice. The doctor asked if I ate kale and said I should cut down. I do NOT eat kale, and VJ juices are/were my only source. Please add dandelion, more cucumber, celery! The kale is obviously not safe even in tiny amounts. I refuse to drink any juice with kale anymore, so I have been buying it elsewhere with dandelion as the main leafy green. Sometimes they make a lot of errors on your order, but they always fix them -- it's just time-consuming. I love this place, just please ditch the kale! I know it's a cheap green source, but it is NOT healthy.

Today, my partner and I took a brief second to sit in the red lawn chairs outside of the Fuel+. We were putting down our things and were going to check the Fuel+ menu. This was interrupted by one of the staff (whether he's also the owner or just managerial staff is unknown) who walked past us, on his way inside the store, barking at us saying, "You're going to buy coffee somewhere else and sit here? *scoffs* that's real nice." So ignorant to our intentions and choosing to be so snappy at us. And I guess he thought we didn't hear him so he confronted us again saying, "That's a little rude don't you think?" Bizarre. Who is being rude right now?? As a business, if you prefer to just have paying customers sit in your lawn chairs, that's completely valid! However there are so many ways to just kindly approach people and talk to humans. The fact that we were going to give them business but the owner was so blinded by the fact that we had a coffee from across the street.. We can actually shop at other local businesses in our neighbourhood and support your business too? So quick to judge. So rude. He was an older caucasian man. The employee we typically deal with is asian and they have always been so friendly to us. As POC, we couldn't help but feel uncomfortable to this aggression. Or maybe he was cranky and could've benefited from a sip of our coffee that we got across the street. It's so bad, I wanna give you a ZERO. But that's not possible so I give it a one.

Bubble Gaga (large $7.00). 2. Mango Pomelo Sago Smoothie (large $7.50). We redeemed points for this drink. The drinks were as expected. The customer service was good. There are two small benches indoor, seating two people each. There is a large wooden "bleacher" seating outdoors. There is no music indoors, it could be very quiet when they are not making any drinks. Remember to sign up for points so that you can redeem them for free drinks. There is free WiFi. The store is not wheelchair accessible. There are no customer washrooms. There is paid and free neighbourhood street parking. Review 2025-115

Recently, Fantuan was offering a limited number of bubble tea flavours for a cent at certain CoCo…read moreFresh Tea and Juice stores. Such a steal! I had taken advantage of this deal at the CoCo by York University. On Sunday, after a fun time at the Botanical Expo at Evergreen Brick Works, I felt like getting this deal on its final day. I did a search on the Fantuan app and this CoCo in the Riverdale-Leslieville area was the closest one. Perfect! I got the following large bubble teas: - Strawberry black tea ($0.01) with coconut jelly ($0.60) - Lemon green tea I got both teas with no sugar and less ice. It's my usual. This CoCo is diagonally across from Gerrard Square. It's on the southeast corner of Gerrard Street East and Marjory Avenue. I used to spend a lot of time along this stretch of Gerrard Street East years ago. It has definitely changed! My original thought was to try and park along Gerrard. There weren't any spots. Instead, I cycled around the block and drove northbound on Marjory (it's a one-way street). I parked next to CoCo just before I got to Gerrard. There's a side entrance to CoCo on Marjory. Since it was my first time at this store, I decided to go through the main door. If you require accessibility help to get in and out of this store, you are out of luck. The store's construction is old, so there are only steps to get in and out of the store. I had the nicest woman help me out at the counter. I let her know that I had a Fantuan order. I rattled off the last three digits of my order number. She nodded and picked up a bag that was next to her. She handed it over to me with a huge smile. I thanked her for my order and wished her a great day. She reciprocated. This store does not have any seating to sit down and enjoy your beverage. I reckon that it used to before the pandemic. There's lots of space where the orange-lit CoCo logo is. I'm sure that there was seating in that area. I'm also pretty sure that this location was where Grinder Coffee was before CoCo took over. Although sad that the cafe closed, it's nice to see a bubble tea joint in this area. I had the strawberry black tea as I drove home. It's my favourite drink. This drink is made consistently no matter which CoCo location I visit. I loved the strawberries and how naturally sweet they were. The black tea was perfect. I always enjoy coconut jelly in this drink. So good! I had the lemon green tea the following day. I love the tart lemon with the green tea. It's such a refreshing drink. I dig this store. When I'm in the area again and feel like bubble tea, I'll return to this store for my fix. (195)

I've had really positive experience with the catering order - very easy online ordering, fast responses to questions using their online chat feature, prompt arrival for large catering order, and they provide utensils. All of their bowls are fresh, healthy, and delicious. I especially loved the Green Goddess Bowl - lots of greens and mix of textures (including the soft lentils, crisp spinach and broccoli, and crunchy walnuts & toasted pumpkin seeds). The dressing was flavourful. I liked that we could mix and match the vegetarian bowls with different protein options, including salmon and tempeh. Customer service was very nice and friendly.

I order a large Americano...and as you may know, Americanos are 2 shots of espresso and then hot water. The barista obliged by putting 4 shots of espresso in it and still was weak. You might want to talk to your purveyor or perhaps isn't the coffee but the way you have adjusted your coffee machines i.e. grind, amount and heat.
