Still ended up with more left over than I feel should have been. 2- installer didn't have the proper tools to do the job. Took way longer than he said it would take, probably due to lack of proper tools. Left his mess from all of his cuts when he was finally done. 3-not their fault, but the core-tech lvp sucks. You can see footprints instantly, dry feet leave marks, paw prints leave marks, can use any cleaner or it will look horrible. Scratches fairly easily too which it's marketed as good for pets and kids so that sucks. 4-went back trying to get our measurements so we could plan out replacing them and were a manager had to get them for us and they would call us. Never called. Called and reminded them, never called. The gal wasn't helpful or very kind. Do not recommend them or coretech lvp.

We started by going to Floor Traders and their selection was nothing I would put in my house also their sales associate keep following us around in a creepy sort of way like he thought we were going to steal a piece of tile or something. We told our contractor how disappointed we were and he made an appointment with Great Floors. The next day we were greated by Jerry at the front door and she wisked my wife away and showed her around the store. Jerry who is a woman made my wife feel real comfortable and really explained what would look great in our house. You could tell she was a real veteran because she really knew her flooring and how to treat customers. And by the way they have a nice inventory compared to the other creepy store who has rather cheap and not so nice flooring.

I would never recommend the crew unless your going to watch them install every single post, bracket and board. The project manager came sniffing around near the end of the job, sees the $10k mistake and asked me why it was installed like that. Ummm, because you left zero instructions and the crew has no common sense? It's your job to manage yout crew, not mine. I'm stuck staring at your shitty job and happily give your name as the morons who did that work when people stop and ask, 'why?'.

What an amazing experience I had with Damione and Certified Fence. I originally reached out to five…read moredifferent fencing companies to schedule appointments for quotes. They were all anywhere from one to three weeks out, just to get a quote. Not Damione. He stopped by after work the same day that I called. Upon meeting with him I knew this was the company that I wanted to do the job. I liked the quote, and I liked him. So I canceled all the other quote appointments. Our scheduling was pretty frustrating due to a tree being removed beforehand, but Damione was super flexible and understanding. I could not be happier with the finished product. They only installed the new fence on one side of my property. But I will most definitely be having them back later this summer, after I finish painting the exterior of my house, to install the rest of the vinyl privacy fence on the other side of my property. All Terrain Fence is beyond 5 stars, from the first phone call…read more Shawn does what he says, shows up when he says he will, completes it when he says, uses high quality materials, and has a very fair price. What more could you ask for? Shawn answers his phone or gets back within the same day. He came out to measure the area in a few days and prepared an estimate within the week. When I sent him the deposit check, he put me on his schedule and arrived the morning of that date with all the materials and equipment. He said it would be done in 5 days. It was. Shawn uses high tensile fence, 3x stronger than ordinary fence. Because it comes in 330 ft rolls, it is easier to install. The metal stakes are placed every 20 ft, with a 6" diameter wooden pole every 5th post, 4" wooden T-posts in the corners. This makes it faster to install and more transparent for those, like me, who don't want to see the fence. He designed his own equipment to dig holes in 10 minutes through subsurface rock for the wooden posts. He charges $22 a hole, far cheaper that jackhammering or renting a cat-auger or bigger. Shawn's price was half the bid of a fence installer I had used the previous year. Shawn's materials are superior, and he works faster. It took him 5 days to fence 4 acres with 6 ft fence, custom-build and install four 6' tall, 4" square steel mesh gates (4', 8' & 14' wide) mounted on 6" metal posts, and install an automatic solar powered gate opener. He had one helper. The other fencer took 17 days to fence in 100x85 ft with 5 ft no-climb fence with 3 people doing the work. Shawn was undaunted by the terrain at my property saying it was nothing out of the ordinary. The other fencer said it was ready difficult and could only be done with wooden poles. Had carpet installed with United through Costco program. The estimators tried to change my mind on…read morewhat I wanted done with carpet vs existing flooring. The carpet provided wasn't as firm as the sample shown. After the carpet order was placed, we decided to keep one room with existing flooring and the company wouldn't credit or refund the carpet that was no longer needed. Installers were good but didn't show much consideration during the install (banged a doorknob into the wall that left a dent). We had to request them to add the transition strips where needed which they reluctantly did. Overall, not very pleased with the service.
