What a great experience. From the in home consultation and explaining options with no pressure. To the scheduling process with good communication and updates. To Dustin and Tyler calling to let us know they were on the way, and arriving as scheduled. All the way through how efficiently Dustin and Tyler worked, you can tell they really know their job and each other. They were replacing a tub/shower unit and Dustin made sure the stool, shelves and grab bar were just where we wanted them. The plumber Jim showed up right on time (when does that ever happen?) and went right to work. When they said a new shower in a day, I expected 8:00 till 5:00, but they were done, cleaned up and walked us through cleaning and maintenance by 2:00. Very thorough and quality work. read more

Very disappointed, after receiving a quote, signing a contract and paying over $6700 which was over half of the cost they quoted for the bathroom remodel. I received a call a week later that the cost of the services would be an additional $5000 above what they had quoted, they were cancelling the contract that was also signed by them. Seems they can change the price and change the contract at any time. I was only able to cancel within 3 days. I was told there had been a credit issued and should show up on my credit card within 5 to 10 days read more

This place has been nothing but a nightmare so far. In the middle of December we had a salesman come give us a quote for our bathroom remodel. We chose the materials and paid $7000 for a deposit and was told it would be a couple weeks before they could schedule us in the books but it would be about 6-8 weeks for the installation which was understandable. A few weeks go by and we get a text saying that our counter is out if stock and it would be in stock sometime in March. We were upset but given the option to change countertops so we did just that to move up our install date. We were told on February 11th we would be installed February 24th-26th which was great. I requested the three days off from work on the 17th and on the 18th Rebath called me AGAIN and told me our tub was out of stock and would be in stock sometime in March! I told them I now want my original counter again because we have to wait for the tub anyway. Which makes our install sometime around April. So 8 weeks in so far and still have no installation date. I will update this review throughout the rest of the process. read more

At time of sale we were told it would take 12 weeks to get our shower installed, which we thought was a long time but agreed to it. We were also told it would only take one day. It actually took several weeks longer than that to get the shower installed and took 1 1/2 days just for the shower insert and were not told until then that we would have to wait even longer for the glass panel/doors to be ordered and installed. Communication after the initial sale was very poor with several calls being ignored and promised callbacks not returned. The actual quality of the materials and workmanship were very good and we are satisfied with the final product but would definitely not recommend this company to someone unless they are very flexible and patient. read more

Rebath has been great! They are a bit pricey, but they do have a lifetime warranty.

I found they are very expensive just to have a tub removed and a simple shower put in.

My review begins with every mistake, error, communication, and document signing made along my merry go round bathroom remodel. Let's start with tips on how to avoid the pitfalls I'm still dealing with. #1 make a list of every little detail you want addressed. Make certain the SALES person writes down every itsy bitsy thing you insist needs to be addressed, completed, done. HINT: He/She will have a blank mind when you try desperately to explain..."remember how we went over this in detail?" Unless it's written down they somehow take a stupid pill when your head is turned and/or they will throw the "We did it the CONVENTIONAL way, or the "If it were me" which is cool if he was kicking in on the cost, and finally "IT'S NOT IN WRITING" Sorry Buzz! 3 KEYS to Remember: 1.: DO NOT PAY in FULL until you are 100% satisfied. 2.: DO NOT SIGN OFF based on faith and/or anything emotionally. READ EVERY Stinking word on the contract and take your time! and 3: Check every detail of the completed job. After the WOW factor recedes you may find that little flaw or mistake that you overlooked and if you paid in full your balance, GOOD LUCK Chump!! UPDATE: Now the followup. I'm confident that Re-Bath of Southern Idaho is going to make good on the issues. I do however maintain as a consumer/customer you should use common sense and pay attention closely to any business agreements regardless of the company. read more

A Representative from re-bath was in Home Depot today very nice. Showed me a temp showroom, had plenty of brouchers but would not tell me a ball park figure of the cost, nor is any price on their webstie. She did assure me "one-day service." I gave here my address, phone number. Then I came home to see internet reviews of Re-Bath; OMG!!!! 67 and counting, negative reviews. I am 60 years old have been around since the internet was invented and I have never seen as many negative reviews against a company as I have against Re-bath. Thank you for all who took the tell to tell others your story. I have called re-bath to tell them no one from Re-bath contact me or come to my house.
