Randy created our beautiful yard, landscape plants as well as hardscape was created including our special requests, and beyond!! From beginning thru to the end of our project he was always available for any question or concern we had. He personally visited our project throughout each phase. Brandon was Cross Creeks on-site manager. Brandon is so knowledgeable about every aspect of your project and oversees the other team members ensuring all aspects of project stay on course. Team arrived early, working hard throughout each day. Very professional team. They all worked very cohesively, and any one of the team was ready to help you with questions. Project was completed within projected time table, And planned budget was met. The team cleaned up around project throughly prior to departure. I was told they would have a street sweeper clean the road in front of my house and mow my lawn at the end of the project - didn't happen. The project took longer than expected due to broken down pieces of equipment they brought in to do the work and the crew working slowly. The end product looks good but it was stressful process getting here. It was a big, very expensive project. My fault, that I didn't get more estimates for the project.
