I asked for a flat shop floor 40x40. All work was prepped they did not need to prep. Here it is 3 weeks later and it is garbage. Complete garbage. There is holes everywhere, it is un level many highs and lows. The sealant is half assed un even, streaks everywhere and doesn't completely cover the whole floor. There is trowel Marks throughout, the floor is so uneven the doors aren't even level with the floor. It took 2 weeks to complete the crap job the had a minimal crew for 3 days which made it not complete. They would stay for a few hours then leave, come back the next couple days and do the same. I told the business partner my concerns, and he told me that my standards are too high. His thoughts on a "making it right" was to fill the holes with Portland. Even the worker that came back said that what was done was not up to par, and they should have did the job better. Does this look like I'm over reacting? And the partner had no problem taking the money. read more

I also love that they are one of few landscaping services that does concrete edging. I got 4 other quotes and no one else was able to do that. I contacted them, got an estimate and was told that it was reasonable to expect to wait 4-6 weeks for them to complete the job. They did it in less than 2! In 2014 Dundee tore out garage floor, driveway and 1/2 of corner-lot sidewalk and installed concrete. Removed dirt and grass in one area and replaced it with river rock and replenished another area with river rock. Installed conduit under sidewalk to use for sprinkler system to be installed next year. The crew from Dundee did a fantastic job. They showed up when scheduled and work steadily. The crew members were courteous. Work was completed in 3 days. They cleaned my property nicely when the job was finished. Dundee tore out the sidewalk section, the garage floor (asphalt over broken concrete) and the driveway. They coordinated with the City inspector to ensure that the roots of the London Plane trees (located on City property between the sidewalk and street) were not damaged. Dundee also worked with Paul Heindl, Certified Arborist, to help remove the huge stump of a dying silver maple that had badly damage the sidewalk and whose roots had grown toward the house and were exposed above grass level. The new sidewalk was installed and sealed, and approved by the City inspector. The garage floor was installed and sealed. The driveway and expanded walk by side door was installed in a pattern where each section of concrete was brush-finished at 90 degrees from the one next to it, leaving a nice checkerboard pattern. It, too, was sealed. I have received many nice compliments from the neighbors about the great work that Dundee did. I will be using Dundee in 2015 to tear out the front walk and replace it and install a new small patio by the front door. I am very happy with the quality of the Dundee crew's work. read more

Dundee installed a flagstone patio in our yard. They did a wonderful job matching our current flagstone and intergrating the project into our overall yard design. The crew led by Walter were very particular about getting it "just right". This is the second project we have used Dundee and they will be our contractor of choice for any future projects. read more

I am really disappointed in the concrete driveway that Dundee Concrete poured. First off they poured in April 2015 in the rain and they added color which I ordered. That didn't work out well and the driveway was chipped and the color was coming out. They came back and sandblasted the concrete and re-applied the color and I was told you get one do-over. That do-over was just a bandaid and my driveway looks awful. The concrete is scratching, we can't drive on it and the color is coming up everywhere and more concrete is chipped. We paid a lot of money for this driveway and it looks awful. The problem was all the people they hired were new and inexperienced. Now we have to pay more money to fix this driveway and it's just a year old, actually it was 9 months old when it started flaking and chipping. read more

my experience with this company was noting short of horrible I paid to have my yard redone, a sprinkler system installed & a new set of steps leading to my front door.The crew had to remove old steps & managed to drill into my basement it wasn't in my plan to redo my basement. The owner refused to fix the damage instead we hired someone to come out & fix it.The owner claimed it wasn't his fault I called his insurance company they covered part of the damage & he was suppose to pay a $250.00 deductible to us which he never did after the insurance agent contacted him several times.The work was suppose to be complete in May I gave birth to my son in July & the work was still not finished. I would never recommend Steve to anyone do to his lack of professionalism & business integrity. read more

Hired them to landscape a hill along my drive way told me 4 to 5 weeks to get at it ended up being closer to 9 weeks. Gave me a quote on doing it and about 80% done said they need 2k more to finish or would leave it as is. During construction exposed and cut current sprinkler line left it exposed 2 days and then just reburied the damaged line.I had asked him if possible to match up current rock ,never took samples and they could not be any different. Had to call them back to bury new sprinkler line they left laying on the ground, fix current line they cut. I asked Steve to call me a couple different times, he never took the time but took the money. He sent out one of his workers to talk to me. read more
