The company won't return call, the supply calls are there but they don't listen to what you tell…read morethem they send the supplies they want you to have and bill you. it takes a week and a half to two weeks to get supplies. when you get it you find things you told them not to send you. they put your account on hold for no reason and you don't get the supplies until you do the research (their job) only to find out it was corps error. my cpap machine had a defective modem it took 6 months of me running back and forth before they would replace it. now the new water chamber is not working. it was sent less than a month ago.
