They not only didn't resolve the situation in 6 months, the individual that was in charge of the Dubuque location was very difficult to talk to and work with. After spending $3000 dollars with no resolution and unable to get their money back, we went with a local reputable company. We came to find out that at least one of the chemicals used was not for this type of problem. We also resolved the situation with 2 applications and 1/3 of the cost with a 60 day guarantee with another company. To say we were angry & disappointed is an understatement. My mother was affected by bites over 4 + months that didn't need to happen. I'm posting this to bring awareness to our situation so others don't get taken advantage of like we felt due to the 6 month experience with this company. I would not recommend.
