Update update!! One…read moremonth left with braces.... I don't think I've ever been to a doctor or dental office that made me feel so welcome. Every time I walk in, it's like they know me. They talk to me like we're friends. Every member of the staff. I would usually prefer to not get poked and prodded once every six weeks, but, I can handle it when I'm treated so well. They listen. They're respectful. They're funny. It's been about two years of seeing these women on a regular basis. And I don't dread it. Ever. I've recommended that everyone looking for some kind of orthodontia go there. And I mean it. Dr Fleming is just a beautiful person, with more knowledge and confidence than I've ever experienced. And you can tel she educated her staff, and treats them well. I'll miss them! But I don't miss these wires in my face!!

The quality of care and customer experience has gone way down recently…read more Both my children go here so I am here frequently (monthly for 2 years +) even though we have appointments we are regularly seen 30 min late. The office staff needs more training in customer service as a few of the new staff are rude. The office is not open on weekends or after 4:30 pm, so we take time out of our busy schedules for our children. Please don't waste my time and then be rude about it! Possible solution: stop overbooking or understand the staff is not sticking to the time allotted per client & allow more time per appointment. Because making parents take time off work just to be stuck in the office for an extra 30 min every appointment is not good customer service.

The facility is extremely clean and caters well to customers with adorable personal touches that made us feel so appreciated. Like having my name written on a new patient chalk board welcome sign before we even arrived, or the amazing refreshment bar of coffee, tea, infused fruit water, and magazines- just to name a few. There are several iPad stations loaded with games to keep restless children busy while you wait(as a momma of 5, this is a godsend). Not that we had to wait long at all because the staff would call us back within 5 minutes of arriving- also a godsend if you have kids, ha. Juan took his time with my cleaning (even into his lunch hour!) to make sure my teeth looked amazing after braces. He was gentle and showed great customer service. I normally don't post anything on here, but this experience truly fired me up…read more Dr. Allen has been our family dentist since 2020. I mentioned to him that my gums had been bothering me ever since I had my wisdom teeth removed. Initially, he told me to just ignore it until it became unbearable. This year, the discomfort got worse, so I brought it up again. He referred me to McKinney Associates PIE. When I went there, they told me I had to get a 3D X-ray first--which my insurance doesn't cover--before the doctor could even examine my teeth. The X-ray came back normal. After the X-ray, the dentist began checking my teeth and found that one of my teeth was missing a portion, which is why my gums had been bothering me so badly. I was then told I needed to go back to Dr. Allen to have it fixed. How does that make sense? Shouldn't Melissa Dental have identified this issue before sending me somewhere else? And it didn't end there. I tried to make an appointment to fix the problem, but was told Dr. Allen wouldn't see me without a referral--from the very same specialist he had referred me to. He's my dentist, and I now need a referral to return to him? It's too much. I'm done with them--and so is my entire family.

There were way too many people up at the front like it was a party. They welcomed me with a fake "hello". Im in sports media I have to be able use my judge of character and read people. None of them introduced themselves to me. I ask questions a lot because I'm an observer. Whenever, I would ask simple questions 4 different females looked at me. They didn't care to know what I was thinking or talk. They just cared to speak and that's it. When I was all done with the consultation Dr. Hardik T. Kapadia, DMD walked in and sat down with me with a folder of my information and told me "based on my feedback from my team. I can't help you" then walked me out. I got no explanation no conclusion or referrals. They are not there for you. I was actually completely ok with finding another orthodontist which I will happily refer y'all to Bio Rejuvenate on renner road. The place is big, upscale and there are also a bunch of other practices there. Very disappointed they handled it extremely unprofessionally. I've been trying to reach someone there for days and finally did today at 11 and was told they'd call back 3+ hours pass and nothing. I started calling and got VM fir the last hour. It's now 3PM. I'm out of my head in pain. They won't call back or schedule. My insurance is excellent btw and I simply want them to extract the tooth that's causing this pain. They want to charge $400 besides my insurance? I'm in pain and I'm losing my mind. I'd literally try to pull it out if I could. They have failed me for sure. Suffering and searching for help. Is there an honest dentist out there? Good help me forgive them.

My day was wasted going to the dentist twice in the same day! Because of the same issue, when i asked to visually see it in writing it said its his morals that won't allow him! Had it been in text book or you looked in my records prior its possible i could have spoken with my dr to see if there is something we could change for the day so i could have gotten the work done. Not to mention they called and said come back at 2:30pm for the second appointment but i get a text message for an appointment at 3pm! No need to talk I will just go to a different doctor and they have already told me due to my health issues i need to get cleared from my doctors! Im ok with that cause they want the business as much as i want my teeth fixed. I need not have worried!! Dr. Fesler and his staff were amazing! They were calm, explained everything clearly to myself and my daughter and made us feel confident with what we were up against. I walked out of there knowing exactly what they are doing and exactly how much I'm paying. Clear and concise. I had originally posted on Nextdoor looking for a recommendation and Dr. Fesler clearly came out as a neighborhood favorite. Now, he's the favorite of our family too!! Great pricing that was far less than the other orthodontists we visited and a great staff? We are sold! Here's to a wonderful experience!
