I will (try to) spare you the play by play, but I have to say, we were there for a LONG time. They were always available for questions. They kept an eye on us enough so that when we were struggling with anything, they gave us a minute and then would offer assistance. There were some manual recliners that were hard to push the footrest back down-that was the only issue. Okay. Not keeping this too short. These guys were so incredible accommodating. We were there just for my sister but I have been needing a new mattress and decided this is where I wanted to spend my money. The mattresses I tried out were amazing and also had great side sleeping pillows on it. Between my sister and me, we bought 4. We were there was past closing. Repeatedly assured up that it was not a problem. These guys are a class act. I will ALWAYS go there first when searching for more furniture. They even carried the (boxed) pillows out to the car for us. They were very flexible for delivery. I simply cannot say enough. ONE MORE THING-I price checked everything when I got home and they sell for significantly less than other vendors. Dare I say that I learned that I can trust them??? The brothers were so professional and friendly and patient with my questions. We ended up getting a memory foam mattress and they helped us push it into the car. We were done with a brand new mattress in less than 10 minutes. Very painless and awesome. Highly recommend if you need mattress but I also saw furniture nearby.

They sent a technician who did graciously fix 3 of the 6 chairs, but for whatever reason, they left before working on the other 3. Ashley refuses to send a technician out to finish the work because we are now outside of the 1-year warranty, despite that we reported the original issue immediately after the set arrived, well within the 1-year warranty. I can't recommend Ashley Furniture given the lack of commitment to customer happiness and I personally do not plan to buy any further furniture there - practically speaking, as we are in the process of buying a new house, we will need furniture and so the cost of the loss of our business is quite a bit greater than sending a technician out to touch up 3 chairs.

Per a blog post on their website, it seems the consignment portion of their shop will be ending in 2018 to be replaced by monthly vendors - they describe it as an effort to showcase local artisans and think of it as "Etsy in real life". So that hasn't started yet but could also be neat to check out mid-spring. All in all, it's worth stopping by because they certainly have taste for nice items. We currently have two recliners and a love seat My parents bought this set last year and we really like it so when we went to the Ashley furniture store on the East side of Madison I gave her a copy of my parents receipt so she could look up the furniture and see if they had this style on the floor. They did so we were able to sit in this furniture and others to compare. We looked at several styles and came back to this style. As we are leaving for a trip out of the country in 8 days we set up our delivery for when we return in three weeks. At that time I will add the delivery experience. We are a little out of the service area so it cost us almost $100 more for the delivery charge. Because the couch and chair both need to be plugged in we purchased for $249 a battery pack so we didn't have cords across our living room floor. We also purchased for over $300 the extra 4 year warranty that if we don't use the service after 4 years we can get the $ spent on the warranty back in in-store credit. We had a great shopping experience. We had purchased our current living room furniture from Ashley on the West side 6 years ago and the furniture has held up wonderfully so I do t anticipate having to use the warranty but got it because of the electronics o. Staff was helpful but we kind of knew what we wanted as we had already looked online. Delivery was quick and easy. I will say that based off of our experience, my parents got furniture from here. The delivery person accidentally slashed the side with their box cutter (we think) when delivering it. They called and had a replacement within a week. My only personal wish is that you could opt to pick up the furniture yourself instead of paying the delivery fee but that's not the end of the world.

It was wrapped so I couldnt tell until we got home it didnt belong with my set. The chat team said was such a hassle to get this corrected, I had to explain the situation 3 different times. Bobs finally came & swapped the parts. The couch is comfy but what a miserable experience.
