There are many aisles loaded with placemats, glassware, bedding, home decor and even dog items. I found my usual dog bags for half off here. There isn't a ton of staff, but when I need something , there is someone near by to ask. They have a good selection of pieces at discounted prices. There is always a deal you can find.

I did not purchase from this company, nor would I purchase from it after this experience.

They showed up Wednesday an hour late, but I wasn't concerned because there was snow on the ground and I knew they would refuse again, legitimately. Called Michelle, she was told I would move the three pieces to my garage. That conversation never took place. Lots of communication issues here and I have wasted 10 days time.

I got this couch for $100 and I feel lucky! One of the legs could use replacement for aesthetics but it is sturdy in its current state even if don't fix it. I also picked up a table (I'm using it as an end table) for $15 because it was missing 4 nuts to attach the top to the legs. It had a few scratches on the table top but a little sharpie fixed it. I went in again and found a nice circular mirror for $35. I've been super pleased with my finds. Things are constantly being added so if you love something that much, buy it! Not everything is a "deal" per say but you can find some good things here. They sent a technician who did graciously fix 3 of the 6 chairs, but for whatever reason, they left before working on the other 3. Ashley refuses to send a technician out to finish the work because we are now outside of the 1-year warranty, despite that we reported the original issue immediately after the set arrived, well within the 1-year warranty. I can't recommend Ashley Furniture given the lack of commitment to customer happiness and I personally do not plan to buy any further furniture there - practically speaking, as we are in the process of buying a new house, we will need furniture and so the cost of the loss of our business is quite a bit greater than sending a technician out to touch up 3 chairs.

There were some manual recliners that were hard to push the footrest back down-that was the only issue. Okay. Not keeping this too short. These guys were so incredible accommodating. We were there just for my sister but I have been needing a new mattress and decided this is where I wanted to spend my money. The mattresses I tried out were amazing and also had great side sleeping pillows on it. Between my sister and me, we bought 4. We were there was past closing. Repeatedly assured up that it was not a problem. These guys are a class act. I will ALWAYS go there first when searching for more furniture. They even carried the (boxed) pillows out to the car for us. They were very flexible for delivery. I simply cannot say enough. ONE MORE THING-I price checked everything when I got home and they sell for significantly less than other vendors. Dare I say that I learned that I can trust them??? The brothers were so professional and friendly and patient with my questions. We ended up getting a memory foam mattress and they helped us push it into the car. We were done with a brand new mattress in less than 10 minutes. Very painless and awesome. Highly recommend if you need mattress but I also saw furniture nearby.
