Scottie provided the quote and was our main contact and he was a sheer delight to work with. What an asset he is to the company! The Team arrived on time, was very courteous and worked through some of the hottest days in the summer (left cold drinks for them everyday) and then into some rain (which they had to pause for). Everyday, the Team cleaned up the yard, tools and equipment. Scottie suggested that I didn't need the gutters replaced and that they would simply clean them out after the project (which they did a fine job on). Live and learn, I guess. You can learn from our mistake though. AVOID! They also have some weird clauses like "We don't fix leaks unless they are actively leaking into your home," which they use as a way to avoid completing work when they arrive late and want to go home. Instead, they suddenly claim there is a leak, so they have to come back later if/when it's pouring into your home (?!), and charge you again the $470 they charge just for showing up. That's what the crew says, while the manager in the office concocts some other story. He says there is NO leak, and they did us a big favour for not completing the job they agreed to do.
