Went here Friday for Valentine's Day date night. This was my first time attending a Muse Paint bar…read moreclass. Upon walking in, we were directed to our assigned table and easels. We were originally assigned to a table with only bar stools, but asked to be moved to a table with actual regular chairs. At first, one staff member seemed like it was an "undoable" task until I spoke with a different person, the man who led our painting class, who easily said it was no problem. That was a little weird tho. Took us a min to get started, not sure what the hold up was. Once we began, I feel like our instructor went at a decent pace and explained directions thoroughly throughout the night. As the night went on, there was a staff member who consistently went around all night collecting trash and telling everyone their painting was "beautiful" and "nice." This made all of us attendees laugh because we all felt our paintings were actually looking crazy lol. Had the option to order food and drinks directly at the bar or to scan a QR code attached to our easels and order from our phones. We didn't get any food because we had dinner plans, but from what I saw other people order, the food looked pretty decent. I did try a drink, the White Peach Sangria (8/10) it was decently sweet and refreshing. I can see myself going back for another painting class. We did the individual paintings side of the building, but on the other side, the easels are coupled together for the paintings to be "connected" so I think we'll do that painting style next time. My overall rate of experience : 9/10

Ivenia was warm, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was thorough, professional, and had such a genuine, positive energy--it's clear she really cares about guests having a great experience. Even more impressive, we learned her birthday was the next day, yet she still showed up with outstanding service and a smile. She absolutely understood the assignment when it comes to hospitality, and her kindness made our stay even more special. The hotel was great, but Ivenia is what made it memorable. We'll definitely be back!

The front desk staff is courteous and professional. Loved the gym and pool amenities plus with Amex card holders you get $10 per guest to use however you would like or get credits. Other than that it's a tired, dated hotel that could use some TLC and carpet cleaning. The sheets were too small for the queen bed so they kept bunching up and removing itself exposing the mattress which was annoying to adjust. Not sure why Hilton doesn't have mattress cover protectors for sanitary reasons. Found hair and mysterious stains here and there so not much attention to detail on tidiness. Housekeeping came once during our 3 night stay.

Emer was so flexible with our contact times (we spoke several times email or over the phone since we were out of town), kept us on the plan during each communication, and then we went through the plan in detail the week before to make sure we were all on the same page. He was flexible with changes and additions to the equipment and the plan even on the day of. He checked in with us to make sure things were going according to schedule during the wedding, and he made sure everyone had a great time. He even coordinated additional surprises for us (like our second to last dance everyone gave us well-wishes). Everyone got to play the songs they wanted (even silly requests), and they were dancing until our last dance. You may get a cheaper DJ, but we had such a wonderfully fun, invested and personal experience with Emer, we have no regrets. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.
