This agents office is AWFUL! If you are lucky to get them to answer, they are super rude! I've left 4-5 messages over 2 1/2 weeks! No call back! I left a message to have them transfer my policy to a different agent because I would like to actually speak to somebody about my policy. That was over a week ago and still no response responses and they never transferred my policy!!! so I had to call corporate to have them do the transfer for me! Do not get tricked into going with this agent! You're not even allowed to just walk in and talk to someone! Just crazy!!! read more

Don't go to this branch !!! Worst employees period!! They Don't listen and constantly mess up your billing, not helpful and unfriendly... horrible branch lacking in customer service skills... tried fixing problems with a phone call and got hung up on .. so I decided to do a walk in ,and the employees are flirting and eating at their desk! Completely unprofessional.. I felt extremely uncomfortable as I waited to be helped in a office filled with the smell of fish and the lack of human decency. I really think something is shady about this specific agent due to a policy changing without my consent. Seems it was changed for their convenience vs mine. If my son would have had an accident we would probably been screwed without even knowing it. Also, I have a brand new truck and the window chipped. State Farm had safe lite come out to fix it. It was a pretty decent fix however after a couple of days the chip was even worse. Safe lite gladly offered to replace the windshield but I asked them to install the original windshield vs some Chinese knockoff and they said that would be fine if state farm payed the difference. My State Farm made a couple of phone calls while I was in their office and it appeared to me as if the choice was left up to them to pay the difference. Well, long story short they refused to pay the difference of $180. I then received a phone call from safelight who seemed to be in disbelief that My agent would not pay the difference. Safe lite is going to cover down on the difference and install the original windshield. Kudos to Safe lite and time to transfer to a different agent ASAP!!! read more

This office changed hands a few years back. Both agents (the old and new) have been extremely helpful EVERY time I have called or stopped by the office. I have zero complaints about them and we have our home and auto insurance with State Farm. read more

...initially paid remaining three months in June, meaning Oct 1st would be my next six month renewal. Mid August got a bill for September...after going back and forth , established I had my receipt. Now I go in, mid September, after 2 reminders in my mailbox, showing a credit upon renewal, wanting to do bank acct monthly drafts, needed to provide bank info not debit card, so routing number...so instead of monthly draft the representative does a full six month payment...no worries have it back in your acct in 25 minutes, this by his supervisor, 30 minutes later, oh sorry, tomorrow morning for sure, no one called the next day so late morning around 11am I call in, oh it's in the works???long story short and after I submitted bank statement, nada, I think because of covid it's more important to show new accts than to think that ,hey,we are in a pandemic, nevermind your quota....still waiting for my refund...sadly looking at other car ins, State Farm in Aurora CO was a 5* , so maybe it's just Fountain Co. read more

I know 5 stars is a big rating, but in the little over a year that we have been served by this agency we have had no complaints. They have been patient, informative and have consulted with us on all our insurance needs without any high pressure.
