If you want your garbage to sit there for weeks on end during hot summer months - this service is for you. If you call to complain - good luck! They will find a way to blame YOU rather then accept responsibility. Shameful and sad. read more

TERRIBLE customer service... DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS COMPANY. They will curse at you and and treat you very poorly. They do not provide garbage cans for their customers and then provide terrible customer service on top of that. They completely drove by my house the past 2 weeks. (5/6/19 and 4/29/19) the week before that (4/22/19) we mixed up the days and were a day late. I finally get ahold of them and they said they would pick it up on 4/29 or 4/30 they were short staffed.. Ok thats fine told them i would leave it out until they came. Well today (5/6) i called at 4pm they said they were still down to one truck and would be out tonight and if not to call. 7pm They drive right by dont even stop again for the second week in a row. I call and she then all of a sudden tells me its because i have roaches all over my trash and i go out there start dumping the garbage and tell her theres nothing so she sends them back and they even confirmed there was no roaches and proceeded to inform me the driver 3 weeks ago (4/22) said there was roaches all over, in it and under it so they were refusing but then didnt want to tell us because they felt bad. The 2 gentlemen that came today confirmed that if there was roaches 3 weeks ago (which is the week we didnt put it out) that they would still be there and they clearly werent they even had to pick it up all back off the ground after dumping it out to confirm there was none in there. Then i ask if its cleared up and i can still keep them as a garbage company and he gives me attitude and says theres cheaper companies out there....
