Management wil threaten to physically assault you for leaving a one star review. I have filed a police report, but please be aware they will harass you. Review would have been good had the representative not started talking to me like I was an idiot for asking about a product issue that would otherwise have not resulted in a one star review. I have been told at length how James is aware of the situation and does not plan on doing anything about it. I will be filing a PPO on the manager, but I am deeply concerned about the co-owner approving of threats of violence against me. I have now been waiting until 4:30 PM the day after for contact from Joe Gee. It is clear nothing is going to be done about this. Be safe when dealing with this company, you can see my messages. It has been brought to my attention the manager is also going around saying I demanded a free repair. I didn't ask for a thing. I told him I did not want to work with Crash Masters. Please have him remove his attempt at defamation. I do not care about bringing up the familial things, it's a little crass for a dude but he is allowed to opine on such. This phone screen works worse than the phone I own that is smashed. I am assuming the forcing me to get the screen repaired after I said no was to prevent me from using my protection plan. What a great experience! I needed a screen replacement on an Apple iPad. They were able to do the work quickly and at a good price. Not only that, they exceeded what it asked for and repaired some additional damage for no extra charge. Customer service was excellent, very friendly, informative and the store was clean and tidy! I brought my S22 Ultra in to have the screen replaced. A couple of days later, I got my phone back, and later in the day, I noticed a gap just above the front facing camera. Due to work, I had to wait until the next morning to bring it back. After admitting that the new screen that was used may have been defective, I asked for a new screen to be ordered to replace this defective one. I was told they would, and it should be ready in about 4 days. No problem. 5 days later, I'm informed my phone was ready for pick up. I took it home and checked it under better lighting only to notice a few things. 1. They replaced the screen protector. 2. They also cleaned up the adhesive on the back plate of the phone. 3. The gap, which was the biggest issue, was still apparent. It would seem that instead of properly replacing the screen. They attempted to clean up the phone and give it back with the same defective screen. This has been a very disappointing and unpleasant experience. Needless to say I will not be back, nor recommend this business to anyone. Buyer beware. read more

Overview: It costs to go to Crashmasters in the long run. Never ever ever bring your apple products here. It's been months since Crash Master's owner ruined my MacBook. I took it in to have the battery switched out. Firstly, it took him a week to figure out it was the battery. After I brought it home and it still didn't work, he tried to tell me it was the motherboard. Even though a few days sooner he told me it was not the motherboard. Also, while he was clumsily working on my MacBook, he knocked a few things out of place so we had to bring it back to be fixed again. After making the battery work for months, even though it would not hold a charge, my laptop now won't turn on at all. Crashmasters has become a company we love to curse at in our house because they honestly made our lives so much harder over the last few months. I tell everyone that it costs to go to Crashmasters. Being a business owner, I need my laptop all day every day. Now I am dead in the water. So I'll never be back. But I would LOVE a refund. He only offers to replace the battery. How many times should I allow him to break my laptop?! I'm beyond frustrated after months of trying to make this work. Don't bring your apple products here. read more

They are not nice people and the customer service was horrible. I brought my iPad in because the port was loose. They charged over $100 to tighten this port that lasted about 3 months. When I took it back for the same issue the iPad was still under warranty. They were very unfriendly knowing this was a "warranty " fix and made me wait over three weeks! Never again! The same issue happened again and I took this to iCare and they live up to their company name; absolutely wonderful! They replaced the mechanism which lasted; their prices were so much less; and I was treated wonderfully! They are happy to repair items that are under warranty and they do it with a smile. And get this, it took them 15 minutes to fix what Crashmasters took 3 weeks to do! Buyer beware! read more

I took my phone in for a screen repair had to wait a week for the part to come in was told it would take 30 minutes to fix well the screen came in and was told I had to drop my phone off and he might get to it. I got my phone back the next day and now my phone does whatever it wants to and never did that before I took it to this place. I went back to them to tell them about the situation and was told I would have to leave my phone even tho standing right in front of him my phone was doing whatever it wanted and again was told he might get to it no garentee when I would get my phone back. And the customer just ahead of me was asked if she wanted her phone back the same day but I'm pushed back till whenever he feels like getting to it. Had Crashmasters send my phone out to a third party to repair a circuit board issue. Ended up taking 4-5 weeks when originally told 1-2 weeks. Crashmasters replaced a cracked screen free of charge because of the amount of time to get my phone back even though it was out of their control. After a few days having it back, started doing the exact same thing it did before it was fixed. I ended up getting a new phone and Crashmasters refunded our money even though I had already gotten a new phone and they couldn't verify the problem. No win situation for either of us, but glad to see they stood behind their guarantee. Will not hesitate to use them in the future! read more

I dropped my phone off my lap and shattered my screen when I was getting out of the car. I use my phone for everything and was devastated. Everyone on Facebook has been talking about their great prices and fantasic service, so I brought my phone to them. Brought my galaxy s7 in to hopefully get my photos transferred to my current phone. The screen was bad and couldn't see any images. The s7 would charge. The red indicator light would come on when charging and the alarms would go off that I had set on the phone so the phone was working just had a black screen. They ordered a new screen and called me with a question about the two S7's I brought in. I told them I only brought in one. Apparently they had three S7's there and thought two of them were mine. I called to check on my phone and said they it was a board problem and couldn't fix it. When I picked up the phone it had a different cover on it. They said mine was pretty beat up and couldn't put it back on. Wasn't beat up when I brought it in. Said they tried three different screens and still wouldn't work. Didn't have any screens when I dropped it off and would have to order one now they have extras??? The red indicator light doesn't come on anymore when I try to charge it and a image of a battery comes on the screen that wasn't there before I brought it in. I didn't get any images. It doesn't charge now when it was when I brought it in. I think they mixed up phones and there's no way this my phone. If it is they really messed it up. I believe they're trying to cover up their screw up. Maybe I'm wrong . Just doesn't make sense. read more

I had a terrible experience with Crashmasters. It was my first time there and they had my laptop for over a month. I had to call repeatedly for updates and phone calls were not returned. When I complained about the time and lack of response, I was indirectly told that I was wrong about dates, calls not being returned, conversions, etc. During the one call back and update I did receive from them, only one of three issues I had the machine in for had been checked. Alex was supposed to get back with me the following Monday after checking the other issues, but I ended up having to call again after a week and a half of waiting. At that time, I was told that the other issues (bad touch screen and media keys) could not be checked unless I paid over $200 to have the chassis replaced first. They could not answer why I wasn't told that when I talked to Alex the first time, or why no one had bothered to call me back and tell me that in over a week, because the chassis was the one thing that had already been checked when Alex called me. Now they are charging me a $40 diagnostic fee to get my computer back after being treated rudely and spending a month repeatedly calling them only to get a half ass diagnosis, because "nothing is free in life", as I was told on the phone by them. Oh, and they couldn't say if they could even fix the other issues after replacing the expensive chassis, but thought the probably could. read more
