Thank you Kris Moxley! My parents bought a dirt lot in Amador Estates in the little town of Pleasanton in 1964. They chose from Model homes and by looking at a mockup of the tract on a table in the sales office. My Grandfather thought they were crazy to pay $19,000.00 for a house in the middle of nowhere. I was 10 years old (67 now). Fast forward to 2020 - my Mother passed away in her beloved home at peace at the age of 90. As her Son and full-time Caregiver the grief and trauma hit me very hard and this has been a tough time. One thing I did not have to think much about was selling the house. This is the second time my wife and I have had Kris Moxley as our realtor and she delivered the best home buying experience both times. The first experience we were first time home buyers back in 2012 which is really nerve racking as a 25 year old couple who had no idea what we were doing. We used Kris to sell our previous residence. She did an amazing job from start to finish. The property was sold in less than 60 days from the date listed on MLS until the date we received our sales proceeds.
