I would not recommend Kris. We had a family trust done by her and first off she was disorganized. Lots of back and forth. Next, she's not digitally savvy at all. Nothing she prepared for us was in digital format. She hands over a huge stack of printed papers and when I asked about a digital version she tells me to scan every page. Lastly, we had a significant amount of back on forth on the billing with her taking an extremely nasty and vindictive tone. After more back and forth and nasty, nasty messages from her, turns out her billing was proven to be incorrect. I wouldn't wish for anyone to go through our experience with her. We were very disappointed with Kris' service. She was disorganized and lost our retainer check for two weeks. She finally sent us a worksheet that was difficult to edit. When we wanted to submit, she didn't have any sort of secure service for our file upload and wanted us to drop of a paper worksheet at a Flower Shop. (Apparently she has an office in the back.) We did not send our worksheet as we were very concerned about the lack of security around our personal information. She has refused to refund any of our deposit, saying we are 'confused" and she has cut off communication. Pick someone who cares more about identity theft! Kris is not that person. read more

Kris is not here to help you but to make money. She is pushy and has poor people skills. She prepared a will for me that looked like boiler plate and had many errors--typos, misspellings, grammatical errors. She never took the time to find out what I wanted, and then she wanted to charge extra to make the corrections. She was doing this no charge as a trade out. But then she sent an email out of the blue demanding payment and threatening collection if I didn't pay--not a very friendly way to ask for money, especially as a first request. I told her that I never agreed to any charges since it was supposed to be in trade, and besides the work was poor quality and unusable. She still insisted on payment and was not interested in negotiating and has since turned me over to collection. I told the collection agency that I was disputing the charge but they went ahead and put a black mark on my credit report. So don't go to Kris. read more
