The owner is wonderful, very kind and knowledgeable, and the store itself is clean and ordered and incredibly pleasant to walk around. Her feta cheese was phenomenal, and I grabbed quite a few other things that were all high quality while at very reasonable prices. I was happy spices of India wasn't too far from my general location and let me tell you this was such a hidden gem. They had everything I needed and then some. I left with spices, a couple of different naan, some mango lassi and a few more impulse buys. My buttered chicken turned out amazing and the naan and mango lassi from here were the cherry on top the kids all loved it! In the future I will be back to check out what else they have. The store wasn't the biggest but it was crammed with everything you'd ever need and more.

Review- this store is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The produce is fresh and the prices are average. The meat looked fresh. They sell fresh corn tortillas and corn chips. I did not see the price of the corn tortillas but the fresh tortilla chips were $6 so i will just make my own and will not be trying these. I did not see any fresh salsa or guacamole, nor do they have a deli. They do sell fresh chicharrones. They sell fresh juices. The store has a small selection. They did not have fresh flour tortillas, but they do sell Guerrero Caseras, which are specifically the flour tortillas i was hoping to find and have not found at any other stores in the area. If you are hoping to find a supermercado similar to ones on the west coast, this is not one, however this one had the best produce and tortilla selection i have found in this area so far.

The ox tails were cooked perfectly and is one of my favorite dishes in the south no matter how it is prepared. Now the red curry chicken had just enough spice to balance out the dish to taste perfect. This week I had African goat curry with a red curry sauce that is mild served over white basmati rice. Each dish will run about 10.00 dollars and that is a great bargain for the amount of food you get and the quality of the African or Caribbean dishes.
