Was served coffees after waiting 15 minutes for them they were watered down, wrong size and only half full. The donuts were cold and stale as well. Definitely disappointed and the person at the window left me no desire to have the situation rectified. I am too worried what we would have gotten in return. Last few trips have been underwhelming but we decided to give it one last chance. The woman behind the counter didn't want to be there. She kept grumbling about how it was only 9am and was not pleasant to talk to. The grinch donuts taste like they were made yesterday. Very stale. Most of the varieties were out of stock and they had regular glazed as placeholders. Save yourself the grief and just go over to Dunkin where the people are nicer and the donuts are fresher. I went for a mixed dozen this morning, and the chocolate glazed (which they didn't specify weren't the special chocolate glaze, and the only signs were nowhere near the drive through lane) were very poorly done and the cashier didn't seem to care when we brought it to her attention. They were all also very inconsistently sized with several smaller/thinner and several the normal size. read more

2017: Donuts amazing!!!!! Never had a bad donut here. What lacks is customer service and the coffee. Staff needs to lear to smile and be friendly and when someone asks for 2 creamers in their coffee they want the creamer. I've gone through drive through multiple times and this place can't get basic coffee right. Creamer missing every time and I have to ask again for it. A 2018: Well fast forward to 06/2018 and the customer service has turned around completely. Customer service is now going out of the way to make sure your satisfied. Terrible service. Employees were hanging out in the back and all lighted signs were turned off. The one person inside informed us that they were out of glazed donuts, Halloween donuts, and any assorted donut we asked for. It was obvious that the employees had no interest in serving customers. Terrible service. I only go there once in a while, but when I do it's usually a 10 to 15 minute wait every time at the drive through. After wondering why I've had to sit in line so long for a few doughnuts you begin to construct scenarios as to possible reasons as to what could cause such a long wait. Then when I pull up to the window and you basically see why you've been waiting. The employees seem lazy and have a lackadaisical attitude, which for someone waiting 15 minutes, is very frustrating. The donuts are great. Most of the kids are good (I've never seen an adult employee in the building) at least nice, if lacking customer service skills. But, they are ALWAYS out of everything. One time, no cream for the coffee. Next to time, no napkins, they put paper towel rolls out. No stirrers, etc. We go every other Saturday night and it's always something. With the business they get you would think they could manage to keep it in supplies. read more
