We have been waiting for 3 years to get decaying front Doors Replaced and they keep telling us the Replacements are too expensive and all they are willing to do under the owners direction is to Bondo and Paint. Lets Face it with a Property that is over 60 years old your anticipated replacement has far exceeded, the return on the investment has been tenfold. The maintenance charges are exorbitant and its probably time for an audit to actually see where the $$$ is going. It's really a shame that These Companies can coexist amongst the Community who represent themselves as Community Banners and do actually nothing to improve the Community for which they were established to help preserve.

Another person and I hired him to represent us and I instructed him specifically not to do anything without consulting the both of us and having our joint approval first to which he agreed. When we received an offer for the home, he purposely consulted only one of us and made a written counter-offer (which was invalid without both of our signatures) without consulting the other on the price or anything else. What he should have done was: 1) notify us both of the offer 2) consult with the both us on a counter offer price and 3) had us both sign the counter offer sheet before presenting it to the prospective buyer He did neither of the above.
