The coat was $20 and good, heavy material and cotton buttons too. The hat was $11. The service was fantastic (Ian was very helpful), and I was able to try everything on in store too! I learned about Kristen Uniforms simply from using google - I needed my lab coat embroidered for work. Kristen Uniforms does embroider your scrubs and lab coats on a regular basis, all done in-house. They allow you to choose various colors and fonts. Thanks to Yelp, the store honored my check-in coupon (helps to have the app!) however it was a bit pricy (over $40). Days later when I went to pick up my lab coat, they actually misspelled my specialty on my white coat - oops. Luckily, they took back my lab coat, no questions asked, and about a week later they gave me back my coat with the correct spelling. I'd say given the price and the little hiccup involving the spelling of the embroidery, I would rate them a 3/5. However, I am willing to return to the store in the future should I need another embroidery or another item such as a stethoscope or shoes for work. I found this place on google looking for scrub stores and the reason we chose to come here is because I had the ability to see prices and options online (very friendly website may I add) before coming to the store and the prices were decent for male scrubs. My husband has been looking for new scrubs and this is the 2nd place we went to; but the only place we bought from. Are the options and sizes in store limited for male scrubs? Yes. But you can also order more online once you find your general size so.. we were fine. Not sure why it's rated so poorly! It's a decent place. They had 4 brands for men: Cherokee, Dickies, Greys Anatomy and Blue Label and each had a selection of 4 or 5 colors. We found the size that fit him in a shirt and bought all the colors, and the same thing with pants. Although the woman at the counter was not very helpful (she welcomed us, then kept disappearing to the back with a closed door) it was mostly me going back and forth for my husband and getting sizes, etc. I kind of prefer this shopping experience anyhow, no pressure shopping. She was friendly when it came time to check out, or when she popped back into the front when I had a question for her. We got 20% off for nurses week, along with a complimentary tote bag. 5 Cherokee pants and 4 blue label shirts came out to about $180. They had many more options for women. read more

The online side sends false emails with fake tracking to appease customers. I haven't received my order just this... Good Evening Laurie, I wanted to send you a quick update regarding Order 74851. When I called today to retrieve the tracking number from the manufacturer they had informed me of the following. Your order was originally processed on and prepared to ship on 10/29 but unfortunately did not leave the warehouse for some unexplainable reason. We are going to cover the cost of the overnight shipping and refund you the difference between FedEx 3day and FedEx Ground as you did not receive your order within 3 days, in which you paid for. When you track the package, it states that the package is expected to be delivered on Monday but that is only because the package has not been scanned in yet. Our college (which is State funded and uses tax payers' dollars) purchased supplies from Kristen Bed & Bath and were received damaged. We contacted the company to come to some sort of resolution. There was a lot of back and forth with emails and ultimately the blame was placed with the delivery company that they chose. At that point it was past the timeframe to place a claim and denied. Several emails were sent after and ultimately we were completely ignored. There was no resolution to the problem addressed and we have not heard back from anyone to date after the last email was sent. The last email was to the Manager and although they initially responded, there wasn't any follow-up after. We are not pleased with the customer service we received overall and would not recommend this company as one to do business with. We are at a loss of over $1,000 (State funds), with no attempt to rectify the situation. We are in the process now of gathering all documentation related to the order including emails to proceed to a more formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and/or the Attorney General. Also to note, I posted this review on the company's website and it was screened and never posted which indicates that they are only posting good reviews and not any negative ones. read more

I placed my order back in November. Today it is January 4, 2014 and I still have not received part of my order. The website NEVER stated anywhere that the item was out of stock or on back order. When they shipped the first package it took a long time even though I paid overnight shipping AND they had no apartment number on the package. It was a HUGE mistake ordering from this website. Kristen Uniforms is the only shop I purchase from. They sell high quality scrubs for a reasonable price. The staff is polite and helpful. Much more cost efficient than the large scrub retailers. And it's not a chain so you're supporting a local business. Only downfall is they dont have a huge selection of seasonal printed scrubs. Go figure. I tried them one more time in hopes that I could get some guy scrubs. Even though I was told on the phone that there were plenty of selections, there were only a couple medium sized scrubs for guys (white only) or buy the ridiculously priced greys anatomy ones. I went across the street to the plaza and visited Life Uniform. Better selection, decent prices, and even got a discount for their club card. Don't waste your time walking in the door here unless you want a chefs coat, they have plenty of those. read more
