She was unable to settle anything, and her approach was chaotic. Throughout the process, Susan instructed her client to disregard court orders, stop providing financial assistance, and even lie. Here are a few points based on my experience: Do not provide her office with discovery until she provides it to you first. Do not trust everything she says--ensure all agreements are in writing and filed with the court. Listen to your attorney and avoid trying to be reasonable with Susan. Be assertive, and honestly, you don't need an attorney to go up against her. Based on my experience with Susan, I would NOT recommend hiring her for any criminal case or even Family Court matters. Literally took about 15 mins in mediation to solve all issues and come to an agreement. I had gone to court 9 times before this, with no progress at all. Attorney Hart charged me $25,000 for doing absolutely the minimum for me. The office staff was nice - that is my only positive comment. AVOID THIS MAN
