This is my third time at this location and they are the best! Very nice , played the music I liked and made sure I felt no pain. I never felt a thing. The dentist and his assistant were very caring . Everything was explained in advance and the visit went great. Thank you both for your great work. Other dentists could learn some things from this place. And this place is spotless.

Ok, here is my experience with the doc. I had two teeth…read morebothering me, on/off pain. Called the office and got an appointment fairly quickly. X rays were taken, a good cleaning, then the exam by the doc. The doc tells me I need two fillings replaced, simple procedure, will solve my problem. I make an appointment to have this done. I will have to wait a month but I figure I can tough it out. So the day comes, I arranged to take the day off work and was so glad to have this fixed. Then the doc pulls the ole bait and switch on me. Now he tells me he can't replace the fillings. I ask can he pull the tooth ? The ole doc tells me no, then tries referring me to one of us buddies to have the tooth pulled. Then he got mad because I would not accept a referral to have his buddy pull the tooth. and embarrassed me in front of other patients in the waiting room. To those of you who have had a good experience with the doc I say God bless. My experience was terrible and will let everyone who will listen know what was done to me. Totally unethical.

I also want you to know that I called the Sebring Refresh Dental to inquire about a new patient appointment, told them the same thing that I said to your office & they assured me, even after I told them what your office manager said, that my first visit/exam is free. I also asked them if the two offices are affiliated with each other & was told that they are- they were as confused as I was by what your office manager said to me." First I want to make clear the Dentist does a very good job and is very polite as are the assistants. Second- my problem was with billing. The office manager greeted me politely after I went back to get my Dental work finished, so far they have done an excellent job on my dental work. I'm waiting to see if I get a refund for what my insurance says that I have to date over paid $649.30. The office manager-Amy, said that after billing that she will split the difference with me on the bill...that would be appreciated if I owed them anything but I don't, they owe me. I had horrible teeth, multiple deeep cavities, leading to one molar cracking and having to get…read morepulled, and my other molar was just as bad, but was save-able. This was due to depression and at one time homelessness that led me to be very embarrassed but they never once shamed me. I couldn't afford to get crowns so they did beautiful work and completely reconstructed one molar tooth out of enamel, and one of my front teeth is also basically fully remade as-well. I've had no issues with them at all. All 6 top front teeth had major work done to them in some way when I should've gotten caps they reconstructed it all. I've had no issues, their work is beautiful. I don't have any pictures of my teeth until this last session as I was always super embarrassed by them. Now they don't look perfect because I have some work to do on my part to fix what's still there that can be repaired by me doing my part each day. The timing to get into my appointments was very fast, sometimes I barely had time to sit down. They will listen to you if you say you have pain. And they're all amazing women and men, I will continue to come here.
