This is my third time at this location and they are the best! Very nice , played the music I liked and made sure I felt no pain. I never felt a thing. The dentist and his assistant were very caring . Everything was explained in advance and the visit went great. Thank you both for your great work. Other dentists could learn some things from this place. And this place is spotless.

A second office in Canton was started in 1995 to better serve the practice's patient population. Over the next four decades the practice has blossomed into a practice comprised of two locations and four dentists. Throughout the years the same principles have continued to be used that focus on giving each patient excellent, personalized care. We do this by presenting each patient with a comprehensive treatment plan using the latest procedure techniques and equipment. We realize that previous dental experiences make people feel uneasy about going to a dental appointment. Our approach to this anxiety is to make every member of our team help make your experience one that is positive.

First I want to make clear the Dentist does a very good job and is very polite as are the assistants. Second- my problem was with billing. The office manager greeted me politely after I went back to get my Dental work finished, so far they have done an excellent job on my dental work. I'm waiting to see if I get a refund for what my insurance says that I have to date over paid $649.30. The office manager-Amy, said that after billing that she will split the difference with me on the bill...that would be appreciated if I owed them anything but I don't, they owe me. I will update this on what happens.

This was due to depression and at one time homelessness that led me to be very embarrassed but they never once shamed me. I couldn't afford to get crowns so they did beautiful work and completely reconstructed one molar tooth out of enamel, and one of my front teeth is also basically fully remade as-well. I've had no issues with them at all. All 6 top front teeth had major work done to them in some way when I should've gotten caps they reconstructed it all. I've had no issues, their work is beautiful. I don't have any pictures of my teeth until this last session as I was always super embarrassed by them. Now they don't look perfect because I have some work to do on my part to fix what's still there that can be repaired by me doing my part each day. The timing to get into my appointments was very fast, sometimes I barely had time to sit down. They will listen to you if you say you have pain. And they're all amazing women and men, I will continue to come here.

Outdated check in processes, receptionist thinks holding a clipboard over her mouth will stop illness. She was constantly giving us a hard time for not filling out mislabeled, redundant forms correctly while leaving dirty pens out and not wearing a mask herself. And she is the one everyone comes in contact with before patients. Check out Green Meadows in Louisville as an alternative. At the very least the check in process is easier and people are kinder.

If you are looking for a nursing or rehab facility, do not consider this place. It is dirty, old, outdated and some of the staff are incompetent. My brother was recently housed in this facility for almost a year. While he was able to take care of himself, there wasn't much of an issue. Once he got to where he could not take care of himself and hospice was called in, the real problems became evident. I won't really go into why I dislike this place outside of the fact that it is dirty and old but I will point out a couple of negatives that you need to be aware of before placing a loved one in this place. If you need to go to the bathroom and call a nurse or aid, they are very slow to respond. While that happens in a lot of places, this place was exceptionally slow. One of the nurses dressed like she was going to an exercise class. She had on tight yoga pants that could barely contain her butt and a tight top, neither of which were professional attire for a medical facility. At one point on the night before my brother passed away, some idiotic aid was feeding him popcorn. He couldn't swallow and they thought giving him popcorn was a good idea. I almost feel like it was malpractice. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Parents beware…read more We've had 3 visits to the office and only 1 has been good. This last visit the dental hygienist belittled my child by saying she was acting like she was in PreK and not K because she was scared to try the sucker. They have twice now insulted me as a parent for acknowledging my kids fears. I have a child on the spectrum who has a huge fear of the dentist (thanks to a different dentist) and these fears have trickled down to my neurotypical child, and I have a lot of knowledge of psychology and special needs. The way to alleviate fears is #1) acknowledging the emotion #2) gentle encouragement to face these fears. Exposure therapy comes in steps. You have a fear of spiders you don't throw a spider in someone's lap. You start with pictures and pretending your hand is a spider. Then you see spiders from a distance behind glass. Slowly you get closer until you eventually touch one and then hold one. It's a slow steady process. This place instead of being a dental office pretends to know something about psychology (they do not) and tells you that you as a parent are making the kids scared. Then when your child is crying, they try to push and manipulate them to do what you want rather than try to help the kid past the fear. Even though our first experience was the opposite (Becky was the first dental hygienist we saw and she was FANTASTIC) I will never again go back to this place and I really hope other parents don't either.
