Turns out it was a simple seal on the oil intake tube. They not only repaired it but they cleaned my entire mower. The cost, to include transportation, labor, and parts was $153. Considering their shop is 25 to 30 miles from my house and they made three one-way trips, I thought that was a hell of a deal. They were polite and professional and prompt. I will be using these people again.
