After my initial call and email I was handed off to his site coordinator for install and fabric selection (Andre). He came over, seemed to be very nice at first, and did all the selections needed, 3 weeks later, (as promised) the install happened. It was October/November timeframe when installed, too late in the year to offer any real review on the actual awnings and their operation, I will know more about that in the spring. I can say the installation was very poor, I had two awnings installed to cover my deck, installed uneven and the power cord on one was stapled to the side of my house like a 10 year old did it, VERY disappointed! Texting Andre and getting nowhere fast, ( he didn't seem to really care), I emailed Rod again and he said it was all fixable, that was 2 months ago with no email or call since so I have to assume nobody is coming back, spending 10K+ for these awnings with install was a very bad experience! I was also told at the beginning I would get access to an APP to control my awnings, I wasn't shown any of that and I believe I paid extra for that feature, I still have no idea what to do to make that happen, I FEEL as though once the check was cashed they had very little interest in working with me any longer. Too bad I have heard good things about them and that's why I went to them, maybe I am the oddball customer experience but needed to vent on a review so this will hopefully help someone down the road to watch out for certain things. I pray no more issues in the spring, bad enough I have to re-wire it so I doesn't look so bad when spring comes.

After meeting Leo (awesome guy), he managed to get me an appointment for the very next day.. Talk about luck! The crew showed up around 2:30pm and finished the job around 7:50pm and I wil say.... Contracted these guy for a Four Season Sunroom to replace a screen porch. The company seemed very…read moreknowledgeable about the product and was very helpful with the design. Our design required a frost wall with concrete floor. Everything went fine at first, site-work, excavation and foundation were OK. The sunroom build seemed to go quickly and the three walls were completed as work ended one day. The next day Saturday, was windy and the three walls colapsed. The glass is tempered and very strong and we were lucky nothing broke but some of the framework was bent. I asked the builder to ensure no damaged pieces were used to rebuild the wall, he said this would not happen, more on the later. When the room was completed we loved it! Nice and bright and far better than the screen room but on rainy day it leaked, badly. One corner leaked so much I had to shop-vac the water up. We called Classic Sunrooms back and they sent their guys out. They started to caulk all the seams. This didn't work and looked horrible! The leaking continued every time it rained. Later, I got a call from the sub-contractor who did the foundation work and also poured the floor, asking if we were satisfied with his work. I said we were, the floor was flat and level with no cracks. He said that he still was not paid for his work and called me because he didn't want to put a lien on our house for the money owed. Holy cow! I paid Classic Sunrooms in October for the site-work and this was now January. I tried to contact Classic Sunrooms by calles, emails and certified mail, without a responce. I took a portion of the money owed Classic Sunrooms and paid the concrete guy directly. This made me realize that Classic Sunrooms business practices were not the most stellar. The leaking went on for a year and a half before they finally took the leaking sections apart and reassembled them.So much water had leaked for so long that the floor heaved up which required a separate concrete guy to fix. We still love the design and the produce but I would use the guys is Massachusetts to install this product.
