They do not treat you like you're human, you are just a replaceable body to them. The members are just a easy cash grab for them. They do not care about the quality of their programs, only the income they are earning. They are grant funded however, the members never saw any of the money they were given. In my time there, every time I wanted to take my members to do something fun, we had to raise money or pay for the members out of our own pockets! The last fundraiser I did was all my personal supplies, raised the kids $700. I was gone shortly after that money was earned, guarantee the members. Don't see it at all. I can not say enough bad things about this company, they need to be shut down. It's truly a very harmful business for the special needs community. The GENERAL MANAGER would cuss in front of the members, talk badly about the members in front of them, made a staff work with pink eye, made a staff work with a 101 fever, told a staff in front of everyone "your therapy is obviously not working", the list goes on. Milemarkers was made aware of the toxic environment the GM made the place and chose to ignore all staff. This place has some serious issues with management. Kingman was treated like dirt compared to their Havasu location (even though I've heard of MANY issues there). Upper management would come to the Kingman location and walk past the Kingman staff without even saying hi. I witnessed 5 therapists quit in the span of 8 months, 4 receptionist come and go in two years, and in the three and a half years I was there I had four general managers. Unfortunately the chose to keep the worst one. In my time here I have only ever seen more harm than good for the staff and the members. They like to sweep things under the rug because they're so use to getting away with unethical practices. The good news is they're hiring now since all their employees walked out on them. Catie and Colleen should be ashamed of what this place had turned into.

He is very knowledgeable, professional and so positive and cheerful! He uses a variety of techniques and tools but some activities are the same so I can see my progress. Everyone at the Bullhead office is welcoming and provides an atmosphere to enhance progress. The space is clean. I see employees changing pillowcases and wiping down equipment. They have every tool u could think of which tells me they don't hesitate to invest in their clients. I looked at several clinics before choosing Northern Arizona. One clinic had only one PT who would evaluate u after a lengthy wait, write a treatment plan and never see u again. None could compare to the extensive staff of PT's and Associates available at Northern Arizona. I appreciate that I have always gotten appointments at times that r convenient to me. Best place for PT services!!
