My mother knew our names, she knew it was about putting us in control of her home. She couldn't remember a few grandchildren which she never sees and she had the wrong year. But she understood what they were there for. After denied a few months later I needed help with some neglect issues from where my mother was living and I called again to give her another chance and left a lengthy message about many things that were happening and wanted her to call me back to see if we had a case and I never ever received a phone call so I went elsewhere. I don't know if it was just who I dealt with because I know a few people that had good experiences, but we did not. I think maybe she was fairly new and inexperienced or too busy for cases.
