Mason (I hope I have the name right!) was working the Starbucks alone and, might I say, knocking it out of the park! While I was waiting in line briefly and admiring the plant displays, one of the employees smiled and said hello to me. This was a super pleasant experience, and I will definitely visit this store again when I am up that way.

I've always enjoyed their fried chicken and picked up an eight piece box today. After I left, I decided to have a piece. The first piece I picked up (see picture) didn't have any meat left on it; it had been fried off. I came back to let them know. I took the single piece of burnt crust and bones in and spoke to the young girl behind the manager's desk. She was dismissive, offered no apology, and no remedy. I felt sorry because if this had been my first experience with their chicken, it would be my last. Her flippant attitude is the reason for the one star.

Yes, brought their dog into Kroger on a flatbed from Home Depot while still in its crate. I'm tired of seeing it. I'm tired of it not being enforced. No pets should be inside of a grocery store and if there are multiple signs then it needs to be enforced.
