This Kroger is always stocked well, I really really appreciate the digital coupon flyer that the store has been providing that makes using the coupons much simpler for people to use by just scanning it vs finding each one in the app. I love this Kroger because they have lots of sales and great mark downs on still good quality products. I have hypoglycemia I need to snack most of my day to keep my sugar up so I bought mixed nuts and regular peanuts, for some reason my sugar kept dropping after eating them. Found out the peanuts were the cause of me coming close to going in the hospital I went to go take them back so that I could get something safe to eat and was told since I'm 1 day over the 30 day return policy I can't take them back, both ladies at the customer service desk were rude about it.. Staff members suck. Rude. Unfriendly. Store manager is an absolute moron. Dumbest bitch I've ever met. God forbid a customer has an issue she won't fix it. Back for the Sushi big tray. We live near a new big Krogers in Columbus but no big tray to be found there, ever. But now I am at our lake house. I needed some half and half. And I was on my way back to our lake house from my pastry run at Buckeye Bakery. My friend had brought over from here this gigantic sushi tray a couple of months ago. It was soooooo good. But it's early, before 10 AM, would Kroger's even have a big Sushi platter? Yes. And I am impressed with the size of the selection of the other available sushi. I usually get my sushi in Japantown San Francisco. By no means am I a connoisseur. But I know what I like. And now I know where to find what I want here in Ohio read more

Okay, I don't normally spend a great deal of time reviewing box stores, but when did Kroger get awesome!? This is like the gourmet version of Kroger (or Krogerssss, as the hicks love to call it). They had an awesome selection if organic fruits and vegetables, plus a great plethora of the rest of the produce. I was blown away by the price and quality of the stock. They also have a deli and bakery that is like a Whole Foods-esque design. Great salads, sushi, fresh deli meats, ohh my. I wanted to get lunch here! Inside they also have a Starbucks for you coffee fiends. The main kicker was that this Kroger has clothes, home goods, and kitchen supplies. I'm talking a full selection like a target or something - wow! The layout was extremely nice as well, it was busy but you didn't get cart rage from being cramped and having kids cut you off - very relaxing grocery store. I highly recommend this Kroger location. I'm normally a Meijer shopper, but we are going to switch. This isn't your old, run down, ghetto Kroger kids, check it out! read more

This store is run by aliens from space.because nothing in the store makes any sense at all.you can't even get 2 carts down one isle anymore.the displays are so in the way of everything.they just changed the whole store around and you can find anything you look for.$5.79 for a jar of pickles? It's a frikking cucumber in a jar.i bought a three pack of Tyson chicken breasts $9.00. under the chicken breast was fat that was trimmed and stuffed under the breast for added weight.absolutely fraud and theft.if I forget to pay for a pack of gum,you prosecute me to the fullest extent.but it's perfectly fine for you to rip off the customers with chicken fat ?I can afford $7.00 for five apples.the shelves are fully stocked,but the days of just grabbing anything you want is over.this is not inflation.this is pure price gauging.congratulations.no one is shopping anymore.they are the only store around and they know it.were being held hostage because there is no where else to go.i can smell the fish counter from 20 yards away.making sushi with the old fish that didn't sell is not my idea of fresh.we have a local beef company down the road.best meat I ever tasted.krogers meat? I have been a long time customer who has seen this store go down hill considerably the last few years. Despite having a considerable amount of customers, as always busy, they only have few lanes open most times causing long lines. I haves often seen stocks low and customer service has suffered considerably. Often times customers are forced to bag their own groceries and never anymore offered help to their car. I have rarely seen any visible managers as in the past. Sure there are a few pleasant checkers and a nice lady at the gourmet cheese with frequent offerings, however they could employ so many more workers for how much $ this store brings in. Too bad they don't have more competition in this end of town. It pays to go elsewhere. read more

I visited while vacationing in Ohio and noticed how Kroger really enforces a spirit of customer service. Kroger's produce section is typically better-stored and organized than that of other chains such as Walmart. As well, Kroger has proven to lead with integrity; I appreciate this very much as a customer. read more

3 weeks ago a wheelchair shopping cart rolled out of the entrance of Kroger and slammed into the side of my truck causing damage. I wasn't parked I was in the driving lane going slowly through the crosswalk area. It hit hard enough I thought I had been hit by another vehicle. I filed a claim with one of the managers and they sent it off to a third party to review it. I was told by the third party that they don't cover damage made to a vehicle by a shopping cart. All I can say is shame on Kroger's. If anything is good about this is my truck stopped the heavy cart from hitting an elder person or a child. Again shame on you Kroger's for not standing up for your customers and doing the right thing. Your property damaged my property by not being secured in your store and claim no fault. Wow. Just an update, It has now been over 5 weeks and there has been no formal response from Kroger or its third party representative, only a short phone call that I had to make. The man I spoke with was obviously trying to get out of the conversation or office, some what disrespectful towards me and very, Well that is just the way it is sir, kind of man. Pros: *Store has everything w/ a high quality liquor store. Cons: *Parking lot is too small. Parking spaces are very narrow. Expect the side of your car to receive a door ding or two while your shop. *The inside of the store is jam packed with aisles of merchandise. So much so, the designers must have forgotten that people need to be able to navigate around each other with shopping carts. Its rush hour traffic Columbus. The only times I shop in here is early in the morning or well after dinner. read more

From out of town, stopped on my way home. Staff was very friendly and helpful, store was clean and had a massive selection.

I got a southwest chipotle chicken wrap yesterday that was premade from the deli and they were buy one get one free. .. so I decided to get 2 because they were buy one get one free.. i ate one of them yesterday and saved the other one for today and i saw that the lettuce was all brown and wilted.. i was going to take the lettuce off and I discovered that there was WHITE FUZZY MOLD inside the wrap!!! I almost touched that! I called them and the manager said that the wraps are usually good for 4 days... well clearly it was just sitting there for at least a month! That was beyond disgusting and I will never go there again! read more

This Kroger is... amazing! They probably have just about anything you could need at the grocery store. Clothes, furniture, liquor, jewelry store, Starbucks,a great deli, and amazing sushi all in one place. Its a big store and its layout was done well. No mazes of aisles or tiny aisles that two carts can't fit through. Also employees are really nice. I love this store! read more
