I stopped to get gas before work. I notice a wet spot on the ground but I thought it was just…read morewater. I stepped on it and fell backwards so hard...landing on my back on the concrete then hitting my head. ....then I decided to get back up and pump my gas. I put the nozzle in my car...the nozzle broke. Gas was spraying EVERYWHERE. I couldn't stop it....I fell on my knee. Then I went into race track to tell someone, this man said "sorry" and offered me a free coffee....I'm literally dripping in gas at this point. Was told that someone would contact me "soon" for a accident report....never did. I'm so angry....very sore, ruined clothes/shoes & couldn't go to work due the smell of gas on me and being in pain.

She did not reply, smile or acknowledge me and just looked down at the counter and started ringing up my stuff. (I don't need to say it as it's common knowledge, but at Quik Trip she would have greeted me, with a smile, twice! Both when entering the store and checking out.) I told her the men's room did not have soap and she said "okay." Not "I'm sorry," or "we'll fix that right away," just okay. I said thanks have a good day! And she again did not reply, look up or acknowledge me. She wasn't even doing anything or helping anyone else at the time, it just seemed like she was being deliberately not friendly. There were 2 other cashiers behind the counter and neither of them greeted me either. Is their goal to not have repeat customers? They really need to look into QuikTrip's business model and see why they are so much better. I say that about RaceTrac as a whole, even though this was just an especially bad RaceTrac.

I went across the street to 7 and 11 and it worked fine. Here's the bad part he said my winning ticket wasn't a winner. It was only a $2 winner. But he denied it again with a mumble. I play the lottery all the time and I don't make mistakes with my winning claims or my play slips. What surprised me was the crappy attitude of this guy. Not only is he giving RaceTrac a bad name but ponytail wearing men across the world. Somebody needs to get this guy a job NOT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They typically charge 40 cents more per gallon than most other gas stations in the area. I thought price gouging was illegal As for the store itself it seems pretty cluttered.

From what rock did I climb under ?! You can sample the types of yogurt that you want. There are cups available, after you make your selection. IT GOES BY WEIGHT. So don't get too much. 3 cups were $12+. The dulce de leche was AWESOME. I looked behind me and behold ! A toppings bar. I put chocolate chips and peanut butter chips in there. Next time, the latter won't be invited to the frozen yogurt party. Ice cream was available as well. There were a few more selections for the yogurt but the one I chose was the one and will always be the one. Cashier was friendly. They were staffed enough to fit the needs of their customers. I feel very safe and aware of my surroundings when I am getting gas early in the morning when I have to leave to go to work. The gestation is very well lit and is not dark.
