First of all, I've never ever written a review close to anything like this in my life. Second of all I promise you as a 55-year-old black male I don't say this lightly especially in this current environment but I've never experience anything this blatantly racist like what I experience in this RaceTrac store. This woman not only once but TWICE when waiting on me try her best to not only not speak to me or make eye contact but she literally PURPUSELY TRIED HER BEST TO NOT ACKNOWLEDGE ME!! It all started on 3/19 when I came in for gas, snacks and lotto ticket ( I work nights) and I paid cash for both and the weirdest thing happen. Not only did she ring me up without making eye contact or small talk she handed me my bag without even looking at me. Very, very weird and offsetting. It was so offsetting it bother me all that night and into the next day to which I told myself way before I got ready for work, I was going back to which if she did it again we were going to have words. What's the odds of it happening again, right? So, on 3/20 literally around same time (between 915 & 0925) I came in store (purchase snacks) and stood and line. Of course she was there waiting on a guy ahead of me. As I waited, she was interacting with gentleman ahead of me even smiling so right then I kinda said to myself maybe yesterday she was having bad day; we all do. I spoke too soon because as God is my witness as I step up and put my items on counter her whole demeaner changed. She started looking start down toward cash register, ringing my stuff up and of course no small talk; no nothing. So she handing my stuff to me (AGAIN WEIRDLY NOT LOOKING UP!!) I said in a normal speaking conversation voice "have a nice day". And yes you guess it incredibly she didn't look up or even acknowledge me. I purposely stood there for another 5 second and said it again and she literally looked up with this look on her face as if "WHY ARE YOU SAYING IT AGAIN IF I DIDN'T ACKNOWLEDGE YOU THE FIRST TIME" I was like "is this actually happening to me to me in 2025 in a public store"? What is going on?!?!?! I told her right then she was rude just like she was the day before and could I speak to a manager. She said she was the manager and I ask could I get a number for district manager and she said he would be in in the morning and I said please give me the number and she wrote it down and handed it to me and you guess it; didn't even look in my direction. I just don't understand. Uncalled for and dishearten. And if RaceTrac doesn't believe me I dare them pull security footage between 915 & 930 on March 19th & 20th!! R Means !

From what rock did I climb under ?! You can sample the types of yogurt that you want. There are cups available, after you make your selection. IT GOES BY WEIGHT. So don't get too much. 3 cups were $12+. The dulce de leche was AWESOME. I looked behind me and behold ! A toppings bar. I put chocolate chips and peanut butter chips in there. Next time, the latter won't be invited to the frozen yogurt party. Ice cream was available as well. There were a few more selections for the yogurt but the one I chose was the one and will always be the one. Cashier was friendly. They were staffed enough to fit the needs of their customers. If we will be charged for the ice/refills, then I don't see a reason to take the time to save the cups. Tonight, the shift Manager charged me for my refills. He stated that he "Can" charge for the refills. It doesn't matter if you charge or not. So.....What makes you not charge for the refills. It didn't make much sense to me. Do you charge, or not?
