So I went to this location on my way to make my call time of 12 p.m. as there was a health…read morecommercial being shot in Lexington. This, as you guessed, was another top tier gas station on gas buddy with the lowest price for the day. When I got there, I noticed there was a bee. AHHHHHH! O_o Then when I got out, I went to the pump to put my card in and do all the pre-gas stuff like pressing yes and no buttons until I got to the "lift nozzle". What I noticed was that after I got to the lift nozzle part, gas would not come out. I kept pressing the "push" button on the "grade". Nothing. I went inside and asked the gal and she was like "You have to push the lever up." This was a bit of deja vu for me. There was only one other gas station that did this to release the gas and it was a midway mart on Winchester. So old school! So I did and the gas came out..phew. After starting up the engine, I noticed my car was zooming fast. Holy moly! This was 87 octane, mind you; but it seemed as if this gas cleansed my car's intestines. My car was running like a car on a diarrhea run. Every time I accelerated, I would be like 40 yards ahead of other cars at the stop light and this was just barely pressing on the gas. O_O All in all, I had a bit of an inconvenience with the lifting the lever thing and a swarm of bees around the trash can that I had to negotiate territory with, in order to get gas. Not one sting and a zooming car.

Y'all have some wonderful employees but one of them has a phone addiction problem. I don't know how…read morewell they do their job running the till or stocking. It's one of the few locations that's continuously stocked so I'm not complaining about that. I don't know everyone's name but I could list who I absolutely love and who does their job very very well. There's one employee who's nice enough, but she can't be on the phone gossiping not listening at a gas station checking out customers. Everytime she's calling or texting!! She was talking on the phone this time. Thank God I didn't ask for my cigarettes and pods. I was just trying to get some ice. She never rang it up. I said it a few times because she was gossiping on the phone and then it took her a few minutes to text before she finished ringing up the person in front of me. Who had two things. I've heard other employees complaining to themselves about this girl if she would just get off her phone she'd be fine. Anywhere I've ever worked would've fired my ass in a heartbeat. I'm not saying she needs to be fired, but someone needs to hold her accountable for not doing that. Wait until you have a moment.
