Kroger Pharmacy location in Mount Washington KY closed before a snow storm arriving tonight. They didn't open at all today, behind on filling prescriptions as mine is overdue and says "in process." So now myself and many others will be without our needed medications during this coming week of snow, sleet, and zero degree temperatures. Driving will be hazardous for foreseeable future. Pharmacy is horrible. They take forever to fill a prescription. They won't bill Medicare Part B for things like glucose test strips (Walgreens will) and they seem to use the least little excuse to not man the pharmacy drive-thru window. I've moved all my prescription to Walgreens. read more

Their store is always clean and staff friendly, and I love their pharmacy, but their Clicklist services are a nightmare.

This Kroger is generally well stocked, except during sale time. But my big issue is with the CLICKLIST service. It is a very, very poor service. Tonight was the second time that I got home with my Clicklist order and they left the dairy and the frozen foods out of my large order. When I called them and ask them to deliver my grocery since the last time they did it I went back and got it. They said that they didn't have staff to do it and they would not do it. When I explained this was the second time this happened the manager begrudgingly said she would give me $10. My home is 15 minutes away , my son had started dinner, waiting for milk to finish up the dish. I Stayed on the phone 10 minutes waiting for a manager and then had to drive 15 minutes back to get it. She did increase. the certificate to $20. I can tell you right now I will not be spending it at the Mount Washington Kroger. I will try my hand at Shepherdsville. read more

I get groceries from here all of the time! Such an easy and friendly place to shop at!

I really enjoy shopping here! When I did have a problem they resolved it but it took the right employee! So you see employees can make a big difference in a business when it comes to serving the public! Most times they have what you want truly depending on when you shop there but that is every grocery store! I also shop at Valumarket! But Kroger's is my favorite! A great Bakery! First Kroger I ever went to in Kentucky. Still don't quite get the layout. Always seems crowded... both the general ambiance and in that I've never seen the place not completely bustling. But, despite that you can still manage to get in and out fast. read more

It would have been helpful to have had some bags set up in the self checkout today, instead of watching the female employee twirl her lanyard around just standing there... I literally had to do her job for her. This is sometimes a problem at the store in particular. I realize they don't have enough cashiers to check people out but at least have the self cash out ready prepared and sanitized after everyone. read more

I hate this store, every time I've went in there I find items that are past their expiration date on the shelves.

Great helpful people and quick cashiers. Would have gotten a 5 star but Walmart has milk for under a buck a gallon and a box of 60 eggs for under $3. Wish Kroger would put in a "water filling station" like Walmart has. Then Kroger would get 6 stars. read more

I must say that when I go grocery shopping Kroger is my go to place. For the most part they all offer the same things with the exception of a few specialty stores. This is the most convenient Kroger for me to visit. It's always on the way whether I'm coming or going. The employees here are easily approachable and do not mind showing you where that uncommon ingredient you're needing is. I've seen several of the same faces in here for years and all seem to enjoy their job. Produce is always fresh have a vast selection of everything you could want. The deli is very helpful and will let you sample any meat or dish that you wish. The meat department always has a great selection of meat and is quick to restock anything that's selling quick. The management, I have never had to encounter other than to help point out an item but are always walking around and available if you need them. If they don't sell a particular item you want, they will get it for you and stock it on the self. I'll continue to shop here for all my grocery needs for as long as I can see! read more

When you pretty much have the monopoly on supermarkets in a town, you can either excel and earn a bigger reputation, or you can just do what the deli department does at this store: don't care about your job or customers. Today I was the only person in line and stood in front of the lady working the deli. She was fixated on completing the measurement and packing off some ham on her scale. I did not see any customers around me so I assumed that she was putting this into their deli case, so I just remained silent but vigilant. She must have seen me because I waited directly in front of her for at least several minutes, but when she finished her task, she proceeded to walk away from the station!! About the same time, another customer walked around me and got a lady working in the baking area to help her. When the bakery lady finished with that customer and she also started walking away from me to her spot too. That is when I yelled " What? Am I invisible here?" The bakery lady hesitated, looked around and saw nobody was in the deli area, and came over to help me. She deserves a raise for recognizing a situation which could have quickly become even uglier than it already was. The lady who totally ignored me is beyond rehabilitation and should be put on the unemployment line. She is either deaf, blind, stupid, or all three. There must be some government welfare program or government job which she would qualify for. But I will buy Oscar Mayer prepackaged meats before I encounter her again. I wish Kroger had some competition but they don't. read more

I do all my grocery shopping here, when I have trouble finding things all I need to do is ask someone and they stop what they are doing and take me to this item I need, the only problem I have is my kroger app, I enjoy looking up the on line coupons but here lately my kroger app doesn't work and when I try it goes blank and I can't even delete it. If it wasn't for that I would give them 5 stars. read more
