Instead of resolving it efficiently, I was instructed to get back in line and wait another 20 minutes. This resulted in nearly an hour spent picking up a prescription that should have taken only a few minutes. I work in healthcare myself and understand that mistakes happen, but I have never experienced this recurring issue at any other Walgreens location. The staff consistently seem rushed and dismissive, and the overall process is disorganized and inefficient.
