This resulted in nearly an hour spent picking up a prescription that should have taken only a few minutes. I work in healthcare myself and understand that mistakes happen, but I have never experienced this recurring issue at any other Walgreens location. The staff consistently seem rushed and dismissive, and the overall process is disorganized and inefficient. After a long day at work, spending nearly an hour correcting the same billing error for the third time is extremely frustrating. I hope management addresses both the workflow and customer service concerns at this location.
