A tree destroyed a small structure on my property during a March 2018 nor'easter. This company finally got the tree off my property after several delays and a couple of broken appointments, but I allowed a lot of leeway because of widespread damage and heavy demand for tree services. But even at the end of the day on a Friday near the end of July, this guy failed to make an arranged appointment. So, for the third time, he was a no show, no call, no email, no text, no return call to a message on his company phone (a cell phone). I feel it necessary to also add that when he finally did get the fallen tree off my property, his equipment (an old tractor with a fork lift on the front) left deep ruts in my lawn. I didn't require a fix because I had other contractors coming too (who were delayed because of his delays), but be aware of this possibility.
