He worked with A & R to coordinate the installation for once they finished their side of the project. Jerome and his team came by early in the morning and were finished by the afternoon. It's very consistent that they don't like to call people back and not answer their phones. This company started work on a project while not having a valid permit in place. This was verified through the community development department building permit division. On top of that, they went onto Neighbors property with a backhoe starting a project. The sheriff needed to be called and stopped the project as they were trespassing. If anyone has questions, feel free to reach out as I will respond. That's more than I can save for them. He seems like a nice enough guy speaking to him in person and to be honest I was excited to give him my business (as opposed to a big company) but he has completely wasted 3 months of my home project totally unnecessarily.
