Truly cannot say enough good things about Bradford Fence. One of the kindest, genuine, reliable, great quality contractors I have ever dealt with. We reached out to 5 other companies (2 of which ghosted us entirely), others were rude, and completely overpriced. Bradford fence was the most affordable quote we received and you instantly see that they are just amazing human beings. An absolute dream! Jerome was so patient with us and happy to provide multiple revisions to our quote and answered numerous questions as they came up. I felt like they genuinely were happy to assist us with our questions and that is rare. We ended up just having our broken section of wood fence replaced for now, but look forward to having them return to add some additional fencing on our side yard. Install day they arrived on time and were so polite from start to finish. Walked through the project with my husband in detail and made sure to keep us updated along the way. When they finished up he made sure to review their work with us and even pointed out the one inconsistency (which was due to the existing fence work he was trying to blend between; absolutely no fault of their own). We didn't notice a single flaw but just shows the care and attention to detail they have for them to take the time to point it out even if we didn't see it. To add to an already amazing experience, he then let us know that he had taken the time to adjust our existing vinyl gate that was never aligned right by a different company who had installed it. We have always had to push aggressively to open and close it because of it being misaligned. He adjusted it and then walked my husband through the steps of what he did to fix the issue (in case it gives us trouble in the future) and then brainstormed handle options with him to improve the set up.
