Looking at being a first time homeowner, I was nervous about the whole "process" of looking at and putting an offer in on a home. I started working with a different realtor in July 2015. My experience was less than average. We sat down and I listed in detail everything that was important and everything that would be a great option on a home. Even with specific information, I found myself doing all the leg work. I pulled the listings and researched the area of homes that were currently sold. Each offer was not followed up with in a timely manner. I had to ask about each offer we submitted. I finally severed ties with my very complacent realtor and decided that maybe it wasn't meant to be. Then I saw a listing on a home that looked great on HAR. I contacted the online listing and Leslie Ruiz of James Krueger Realtors contacted me. She asked my needs and wants of a home. She immediately made me feel at ease with the entire process. Truly, the 3rd home we looked at, we made an offer. She followed up and kept me informed and within less than 4 hours, she called to say my offer was accepted. Even after that, working with the mortgage broker, she stayed in the loop and on top of things. Leslie was very thorough and made herself available whenever I called. I recently had the pleasure to work with Brenda. She helped me look for a place under my budget and in a location that I did not want to move out of. She made me a list of all the low and high end places in the area. Visited my top 3 places and she made sure to call them to check if they had any deals. Finally narrowed it down to one. A week before my move in date there was some issues with the management about the apartment I was going to move in to. I spoke to Brenda about how they wanted to charge me more and they wanted to move me in to a different apartment outside my budget, how they didn't want to work it out me and offer any discounts for all the hassle they put me through. She told me to not worry about it. She emailed and called the apartment complex corporate office. The next morning, I went to the apartment complex to resolve the issue and they told me I would be getting a bigger apartment with a extra week off on the special they're currently running and the apartment fit right on my budget. Really great service from Gonzalo Vargas. He actually listens to what you're looking for, and executes accordingly. We were in a hurry to buy a house and were not getting anywhere with the other agent. So we called Krueger and told them what we were looking for - someone who listens for what we are looking for and comes up with results quick. They put us in contact with Gonzalo and he found what we were looking for in a timely manner. He's efficient, very patient, very responsive, and always on time to showings. It was our first time purchasing a home so we had so much to learn but Erin Ermon was there every step of the way and helped answer all of our questions.
