Our biggest concern with the photography for our wedding was that it would all be indoors, this lacking the sunlight that helps for outdoor photography. Ion did engagement photos first so he could get to know the couple and their style.. The photos were great. The day of the wedding, Ion and his assistant showed up right on time and ready to go. His photographs of this special day were absolutely amazing! Ion didn't miss a moment, and yet he was very unobtrusive and professional. Fast forward to 2017, and my son and daughter in law were getting married. They were so impressed with Ion that they too chose him to document their special day. And had the same outstanding results. These two couples have very different styles, yet Ion captured the essence of both of them perfectly. In 2018, the grandchildren started coming, and there was no one else we wanted to take our yearly family photos. Not only did it take over a YEAR for my photo album and Video, but we received my wedding video on a flash drive! We did not get a dvd of my wedding when we were promised two DVDs as it says in our contract. When I finally watched it on my laptop the whole beginning of the wedding ceremony with everyone walking down the aisle was cut and it started with my dad giving me away! I was so upset. We also got a big print out to hang on the wall and my husbands hand was gray for some weird reason. He got another one printed claiming if I want extra it will be $90 a print that he has to go all the way to LI to this 'Pro printer guy'. Well guess what? He forgot the receipt in the bag and he got it done at COSTCO for $25!!! Do not waste your time and money on this guy he is crazy and I noticed he writes his own reviews online. These are memories that cannot be recorded again and he refuses to give back some money so now I have to go through small claims.
