We paid $385 for a Christmas Vintage Truck mini session. I received and downloaded the 5 photos…read moreincluded in the package and the lighting of the photos is horrible. It was a sunny bright day on the day of our photo shoot and the photographer did not account for this in her planning and executing of the session. In the pictures you can see the sun hitting all of our faces on one side and the quality is very poor. You can also see the yellow and orange fall foliage on the trees in the background...so while we are sitting on a nicely decorated Christmas truck, it is clearly fall in the background. When I expressed these concerns Krys said she could re-edit the images. She sent me a sample re-edited image which still had the horrible lighting and the fall colors. She also did not edit the vintage truck name "Joe's Fix-it Goshen NY" off the truck like she was supposed to. Her reply to all my concerns when we went back and forth via email was "every session is unique by location, setting, lighting and situation but your portrait gallery is in line with my work and other sessions from that day. I can't control Mother Nature (lighting, fall foliage, etc.). I think your gallery turned out absolutely beautiful and I hope you have a wonderful holiday season." The bottom line is this was not worth $385 and yes it is a photographers job to get the lighting right on the pictures they take. Pretty sure that is taught in photography 101. My favorite thing about all of the pictures is that they somehow managed to get soooo many adorable candid shots throughout the whole day - and I didn't even remember them snapping those photos! Their style of photography is truly breathtaking. Erica & Amanda are truly such creative, talented, and all around wonderful humans! They say that picking a wedding photographer is the most important vendor for your big day - since you'll be spending so much time around them. I knew immediately from our engagement shoot with Erica that she was the one to capture our moment. Erica & Amanda are really such pros, too - they were so quick to direct everyone to pose in the most easy-to-understand ways to get SO many pictures in such a short period of time. My husband and I are super awkward people - but you wouldn't know it from these pictures, we truly look like we belong in a magazine haha wtf!!!! AMAZING!!! They also got us our preveiws during the busy fall season in just a few days - and there were SOOOO MANY of them! Our wedding party was shocked at how good and how many there were, saying "these are only the previews?!" I can't even imagine how great the full album is going to be if this is just a taste of it!! And lastly, they are just great human beings through and through. Both Erica & Amanda radiate such positive and warm energy - that everyone felt comfortable around them. They're the kind of people that you feel like you've known for way longer than you do. I usually get really nervous around cameras, but they are seriously so calm and kind that you end up just laughing and smiling the whole time. I really love being able to support and give my money to people who I respect so much. If you're lucky to get on their books (because they book up fast!) I promise you won't regret it!

Ion did engagement photos first so he could get to know the couple and their style.. The photos were great. The day of the wedding, Ion and his assistant showed up right on time and ready to go. His photographs of this special day were absolutely amazing! Ion didn't miss a moment, and yet he was very unobtrusive and professional. Fast forward to 2017, and my son and daughter in law were getting married. They were so impressed with Ion that they too chose him to document their special day. And had the same outstanding results. These two couples have very different styles, yet Ion captured the essence of both of them perfectly. In 2018, the grandchildren started coming, and there was no one else we wanted to take our yearly family photos. I was nervous about booking her due to fears of getting lighting correct (various cultures, background, poor lighting conditions, weather issues) but my trusted friend had used her, I prayed about it and she was the most flexible person when needing to do an unconventional uncommon event package and pricing. I am not disappointed in any way. She arrived early, gave clear direction, gave her all, and my entire family loved her beyond measure. They all want to have her photograph events. She's able to beautifully capture all skin hues (even next to each other) regardless of lighting Conditions or weather. We had a rained out event, and truthfully you can not tell it was stormy and wet based on the pictures. The quality was second to none and it's the best photography experience I've ever been a part of, including being in a bridal party for many many weddings. I look forward to her being my go-to photographer for all events and sessions. I met Erin 2 years ago when I booked a boudoir session for myself and my husband. It was such an…read moreamazing experience; Erin's studio is beautiful, and she made me feel 100% comfortable. Her work is absolutely amazing, and you can tell she loves what she does. Everyone I shared these photos with were amazed at how beautiful the photos came out and needless to say my husband was very happy. A few months after I did another boudoir session with Erin for one of her promotional projects which I could not turn down. These sessions are just so fun an empowering, I was so touched she asked me to be a part of this and it definitely won't be the last time I do it either!
