i went to pro nails and spa with my friends about 2 weeks ago, they had multiple workers just…read moresitting around while leaving some clients half ways done with their nails. after i got mine done i noticed there were some air bubbles but i didn't say anything. a couple days after these black dots started to appear(shown in picture). i didn't know what it was and i thought it could've been something i did until more and more kept appearing. i finally consulted another nail tech about them and she told me that it was from them using dirty equipment and utensils on my nails. meaning they didn't clean or change the equipment they've used on other clients. you may also be able to see in the picture that the tips of my nail polish is worn off and peeling. it was lazy work and i do not recommend coming here if you want to get anything done.

The person my friend recommended was not taking appointments that day, so I went with Jill, the stylist who was available. We did highlights and color that day and I loved it so much I booked my next appointment! I was greeted with the same friendliness and professionalism the second time around. This time we did highlights and a cut. I also booked her for the day of my brother's wedding (which I was in). She does amazing wedding hair! I received many compliments and I highly recommend her!
